Tony. Q5 is quite easy to work out, we hold 42% os Daybreaks shares in issue so you can work out the value from the current sp. Quite how we could exit without crushing that sp is an entirely different matter !
Q4 the answer to that is £12 mill gross.

Yes RBD could provide funds but the balance of the sale proceeds from C aren't due til the end of the year. I'm not sure we have full cover for the costs before then. I'd like them to undertake a draft FDP on Laxford & flog it asap to be honest.

First thing we need to hear is that Rathlin have secured the required funds to proceed ( I'm at a loss as to where they'll get those from).
As for them being off the hook if everything goes well I have a long memory so whilst I'd be happy I'll never forget the way they've handled the business. Far too many foul ups imo.
