Initial (very brief) look at the results what jumps out at me is the massive increase in pension contributions. Is FG planning on passing the running of the company over to Rita sometime in the near future?

Hopefully we will get the accounts tomorrow or will it be Friday as a few people says FG likes Fridays for interviews?

Just think one day FG may do an interview with the water park as the backdrop and says we have finally received the money from the court case. Now that would be a good day. (Suthy this is my attempt at humour so please don’t take this as me trying to cause trouble as I am not)

Let’s hope we get an update along with the accounts.

For pomposity and arrogance towards fellow shareholders who have the right to an opinion!

So we get excellent news via an update. We then get 10%+ price rise that day and then the next day the share price returns to where it was. I wonder what this company has to do for the share price to increase?

I honestly think the only way we can make money on this share is if the company is taken over by somebody who recognises all the achievements and potentials.

Let’s see in the short term what TB will do to increase the share price as he has alluded to recently.

I would say with all these positive updates how long will it be before we get the bigger companies circulating for a takeover? Somebody must be noticing all what is happening with this company and its tech.

Best case scenario I reckon would be two or more companies enter a bidding war for a takeover. The orphan drug designation tax benefits alone must be a large multiple of the company’s current mcap.

We are currently in a closed period until the annual accounts are published. So we can’t have any news from

the company until after then. Then hopefully FG can provide a proper update via PRN/RNS if we have any new news

Dormant companies ie not trading

So why buy QBT shares and where did the money come from.

Like a lot of things with QBT things are never straight forward and we are kept in the dark just guessing what is happening.

Ok can anybody please explain to me how a company with accounts showing virtually zero assets suddenly purchase all those shares in QBT?

The directors seem to be serial directors of other nominee accounts as well

Plus BNP secretarial services resigned previously from their position.

Anybody who can explain this logically and rationally I am sure myself and others would appreviate to hear the reasons behind this company

I didn’t initially read it as defamatory unfortunately or fortunately I can’t read it to check now. Somebody obviously did and have asked for it be moved.

Suthy I am not trying to cause trouble I will leave that to all the people who argue all the time when certain people post. If you don’t understand my humour then I will apologise. Far too many people going on and on when we all need to wait and see what the accounts and what sales we do eventually make

Maybe Pedro’s message was removed because the year end accounts were leaked and actually said FG paid £1m and the company didn’t want it in the public domain yet. Can you imagine the melt down that would occur then on this board. That would be funny.

Still no update from TB or MS on how they are going to increase the value of the company.

When do people think we may get an upturn in the share valuation:

Within a month

Within 3 months

This year

Or next year?

The valuation still seems crazy to me with all products and testing we are doing. Hopefully it will catch the eye of somebody who sees the true potential/value of what we have and could have in the near future.
