It seems GE really want/(need?) our technology.

Looking it logically could we get to a stage where the company is split in 2? GE or Bayer buy the imaging side, a bidding war would be nice, and the drug side is sold or we enter a JV with one of the big boys?

So we get a big payout and yearly income if the drug is a success.

Money for TB and continued payments for his family maybe.

I keep using the phrase, very exciting and more we read the more exciting it becomes. Less than £8m mcap!

The Crystal document doesn’t mention the priority review voucher application. That would transform the company’s finances if approved.

I knew we were listed on OTCPK but if we are listed on main listings here in UK and we are so undervalued why not look at just a full USA listing.

But is an easy way for TB to raise the mcap of the company is to list us in the USA. At the moment we all agree we seriously undervalued here. We are working with GE now so why not get exposed to more American investors with a NASDAQ listing.

Ok so doing some research on share buy back.

One of the reasons for it seems to be if the company is undervalued. I think that would definitely fit the criteria here.

Also the other thing I keep seeing is using your existing cash reserves to buy the shares back. So do we have that money? Is it possible as mentioned earlier (from Trek I believe, thank you) we got an upfront payment from GE and could the company be using that money to buy back the shares? Wouldn’t an upfront payment from GE have to be stated via a RNS though?

I still can’t work out if these purchases are part of the buy back though? Do we have to wait for a total share number in circulation update before that is confirmed?

Interesting but I suspect we will not know much until we suddenly get a RNS update saying that the whole or part of the company has been sold. Let’s see what TB shares with us all next.

It mentions deadline of 2020 but this has currently been extended. The only bit I can see about deadlines is lines 732 onwards but I don’t think that is the bit saying how long it takes the fda to decide to award the vouchers or not

I would suggest TB’s price to sell will be way above 5p. Hopefully we will get an indication soon what he is aiming for. The tax credits could equal 50p a share, if we get the vouchers, just on their own. It seems unsure if we have applied for them already or do we need to wait until which phase has been completed.

We honestly don’t know. We are all here because we hope he does but until he does everybody is entitled to their opinion, lifestyle, water park, £1 a share etc

FG has a fiduciary responsibility to his shareholders and I think he sometimes forgets that. He seems too engrained in academia and keep tinkering with the algorithms etc. I was hoping Vlad and new directors could change that that but in my opinion (and that is what I am entitled to to) that would change but has yet that has not happened. I hope to be proven wrong but I feel this needs to happen this year. FG is getting older, as we all are, and he needs to final produce something that generates sales. Facts not theory!

All you have to do is let other people express their own thoughts and opinions. Is that too much to ask? You come across as so desperate to make your money, don’t invest what you can’t afford to lose, if that is the issue. I hope that isn’t the case as I don’t want anybody to lose money.

Nope not traded QBT for quite a while now, yes I have asked questions before. No I have never mentions trading and averaging down etc. What I do with my money is my concern like yours is with yours. I don’t try to influence others, I just ask honest questions or state my honest opinions. That is what 90% of people on this board would love to see, I am sure. Instead you are averaging over 10 posts a day. Give it a break, you will not influence the sp and you may enjoy not constantly looking at all the posts.

Why would you lie and make things up about a person just because you can’t answer their question. All you said was total rubbish.

You seem to be trying to deflect from your own comments all the time when you are called out on them. Then start making things up, never said about getting my average down etc at all. You just seem incapable of handling other people’s points of view. I know you need 16p to make you a millionaire allegedly and good luck to you if you achieve it. However, don’t start having a go at people who ask questions that don’t fit your agenda.
