So if FAB sold the shares who bought them private investors, institutions, GEHC or TB?

All very strange.

It is all very cloak and dagger and we just need to see how this plays out. I personally can’t see TB selling this on the cheap with all the future prospects we have. If TB is to make money then surely all the rest of us shareholders will make the same percentage? Or am I missing something obvious?

How can TB make money but the other shareholders don’t?

Could TB actually afford to fund the phase 2 trials with his own money?

They could buy IQAI for $260m so it would round up nicely to $4bn. I think even TB would say yes to that.

It would be interesting to have an update on significant shareholders. The website is from May 22, has TB and his family bought or sold any recently I wonder?

It sounds to me he has retired. It says in a google search he has 41 years of experience. Maybe time to take a step back.

I would prefer a RNS than a letter to shareholders. We already know what the have achieved. A RNS would be more about future developments in my mind.

We do need an update on Zero G. I have asked MS about that and the priority review vouchers but have had no replies. I don’t know if Trek has had any better luck asking Mike questions recently.

50p a share initial bid?

So since GEHC became a standalone company they have purchased two imaging companies outright. Caption Health and IMACTIS. Unfortunately both were for an undisclosed amount.

This quote was interesting “In an interview last month, GE HealthCare CEO Pete Arduini told MedTech Dive that “M&A has been and always will be an important part of [our] strategy.” adding that “Now, we’re starting to see fruits of that activity, which started years ago.”

So they state M and A is important to them and have already purchased two imaging companies this year. Could we or part of IQAI be the next on their shopping list?

Let’s see what TB states in the next RNS if he is keeping to his promise of increased value to shareholders.

“Primary Objectives of the Phase 1 clinic trial:

· To determine the maximum-tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of gallium maltolate (GaM)”

So it looks like phase 1 primary objective has been met if they now have the phase 2 recommended dose

Regardless of the small fluctuations in the SP due to the MM generating profits for themselves, the basic fundamentals of the company remain the same. One RNS could send this stratospheric. I see it as an opportunity to buy some more shares a bit cheaper but that is my own risk. Everybody has to make their own decisions.

So by my reckoning, after the GE stuff, Nimble, Zero etc and the phase 2 drug trial plus maybe priority review voucher we will then then have time to develop Stonechecker which in itself could be worth 10s of millions.

So about 12 months ago we were all eagerly awaiting an update and when we finally got it the SP went down. The same has just happened again. We all want this to succeed but we need something concrete to attract investors. No update on any of the litigation recently. Hard facts please! Sales, revenue etc we need positive news.

So my questions would be (not sure if people have the answers) whatever happened to stonechecker? Did it get the CE mark and FDA approval? If it did why did it not go to market and why has TB not mentioned it recently?
