I do hope it comes good for everybody but after so long we also have to acknowledge this is a risk. We have all been dreaming of a big pay day for quite a while now and as of now most of us may have lost some money. It isn’t FOMO it is how big a possible payday versus how much can you afford to lose gamble. At the moment the fact is we have no proven product to sell.

I don’t wish anybody to lose money but this, in my opinion, is a gamble regardless of what people say on here.

Just to clarify what FG said on the PRN

“In addition, we intend to begin development of the industrial commercialisation phase of our bitcoin mining Method B, including deployment on mining rigs of the type currently in widespread use by larger bitcoin mining corporations.”

We intend to begin, so we haven’t yet and no time frame given.

At least the recommendations were a fact not just theoretical testing!

Don’t worry we will all still be doing this next year unless we actually start selling something, and I don’t mean water park tickets. Maybe we could bid for the ice cream franchise at ondaland?

Just thought I would reread the latest update. The big things that struck me were:

• we are still testing

• everything is still theoretical

•we have no product, so have not generated any revenue

•we have not actually mined a coin ourselves

Yes it is great 2.6x but what are we doing about it? Where is the big interview? Where are the court cases monies to buy the rigs? Where are the partnerships?

How long will we keeps these experts if we don’t pay them via their options? I know somebody mentioned “Theranos” previously but I hope this is not the case here ie all smoke and mirrors.

I honestly believe the academic side of the company gave the sales side something to market. Get the word out etc

We need income, we need some timescales.

We can keep testing until we make it 26 times faster but if there are no bitcoins left to mine so what

Ok whilst everybody is arguing who is a clown or who has multiple accounts, back to my question has anybody heard from the company or FG what this big interview is about?

If he said this was happening I assume it should have already happened but why have we not heard anything about it?

Did they not believe what they were told or some other reason for the delay?

If we do mine a Bitcoin we should be told asap otherwise this is going to keep drifting between small losses and small increases.

FG whether he likes it or not has a fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders. He seems quite good at litigation but unfortunately he has not collected the any money or an aqua park yet? Similarly I believe he does need to be careful about what he says when communicating in interviews and messages with shareholders as some people may think they have a case against him and his fiduciary responsibilities if things don’t happen as well as we all hope. He needs to stop implying he is not bothered about the share price has some people have said previously. He should start to think of the shareholders in my opinion.

If you look at BRH another of TB’s company’s they seem to be at a very similar stage to IQAI.

Is TB lining up all his companies for one massive sale to say Bayer; medical imaging, drugs trials, medical testing?

One last big payday for him?

Or as Trek, I believe, said is he trying to sell part of the company to pay for the phase 2 trials. I believe the trials leads to the greatest prosperity for IQAI but we need money to conduct the trials. How deep are TB’s pockets?

Could he sell IQAI or BRH to grow the other company exponentially?

We honestly don’t know, maybe we will know more after next Tuesday?

If we are mining I would hope a PRN was released to confirm we had mined a Bitcoin. That is quite a substantial step for the company to actual start mining and would have an effect on the future valuation of the company. We don’t need to know the speed yet just we have actually got the ability to accumulate bitcoins.

Imagine working for QBT and you get paid in share options and then the CEO basically says not concerned with the share price then how would you feel?

They need the share price to go up to be finally paid.

I seriously hope we have a good salesperson amongst the new NEDs

Sorry I am a bit confused, you say he could exercise 1/36 on the last day of the month. You then say he bought on 13th January which is not the last day of the month.

On the last day of November 2020 the price was 12.75p so in theory he never could get 23p a share

Maybe he hoped they would go back to 23p but never did then decided to make some money in January 2021 because the sp kept dropping.

Yes he should be still confident but he could have possibly just made a mistake and regretted it at the time.

We just don’t know
