Absolutely GLTader.
imv it has every chance of being accepted after hurdles crossed but near zero chance of success. That some think Bill Chang might join in only cements my view together with the no win no fee brigade. aimho
C'mon Dave.
I'm not saying on a BB am i, especually with a resident NUT who NEVER gets a single word of down fido for relentless stalking!
Iro 8M and LR is still CEO. I mean HOW!
As NUTTY as our very own stalking NUT!
Cricky! The NUT explains all lol
Yes davand
What I can't explain is how talk of a 500M company reaches iro
Somewhat
I believe Taiwan sale is now close, finally!
900k is a buy. Mine
No worries Clark8004 and let's hope for Taiwan news soon.
fwiw I'm sure Bill Chang will be supportive of Lyn and expect there's ZERO chance he'll join in on any legal action. I think that's a given.
I don't disagree broadly but bear in mind we all know a SP declines in a news vacuum and equally when cash running out. Surely we've seen times where buys outnumber sells and the price declines only to later reveal a Placing by way of explanation. For me it's principally but not ONLY about buys v sells
Factor in the lack of news and cash flow situation whilst awaiting Taiwan sale as a drag on the share price and by default effect buy/sell movement which would perhaps go some way to explaining.
600k buy from me
LMAO
Davand
I'm not minded to take part in any legal action for one reason. It will not succeed.
They will not take it on unless its no win no fee imv and then they will always say there's a good case. Truth is, cutting to the chase, I believe it will be futile no matter the belief of righteous grounds.
No win No fee have a 50% threshold at which they chance their arm. As soon as it falls below 50% they stop at just the loss of the insurance premium that covers their costs and made up for by the enormous percentage taken from the few successes. I don't see this case STAYING above the 50% . Happy to see you guys follow through but I feel on balance it will eventually fall flat. Aimho
IF Spreadex are trading to accumulate then it's what I was doing isn't it NUT? Granted I then had the body blow nobody saw coming of the Retail Offer placing but you were attacking the strategy long before. You must be fuming at Spreadex lmao
Granted I had to continue post Retail Offer and reinvest all sales proceeds but that's not the point I'm making is it NUT! If Spreadex are trading the only difference is they may be able to create the opportunity by moving the market whereas I identified the trading opportunity and acted.
Go on NUT tell me how it didn't work out and iss the point or how I sold at 16p and miss the price.
Retail Offer was a shocker but with funds left from sales at 16p + I have reinvested to an acceptable average price thankfully, unless they screw it up yet again!
Lol. indeed they should!
Did you sell over 2 million at 16p+ NUT?
Try focusing on that part rather than only on buying back from 12p down. We can a see with hindsight the situation, but I'm still better off than if I had not made those sales by far and nobody could foresee this distressed placing price which was a blow to ALL of us!
Of course the placing at 0.3p was a blow. Tell me you foresaw that NUT?
Otherwise just as poster mentioned regarding Spreadex rotating funds its been a fair theory sculpted by BOD money management incompetancy. Fortunately I had cash left from 16p sales having bought back gradually from 12p down. (I do wish you could read!) and my average now still leaves me in a reasonable situation for eventual company sale. I'm realistic about the placing hit. Try being honest for once NUT.....I bought back from 12p down very gradually.
My view is the funding price was specifically due to leaving it too late having expected either a strategic investment or Taiwan sale that typically was delayed and wrt strategic investment probably now on the backburner.
Resulting in a forced distressed funding. That's what comes of gross ineptitude and a salesman ceo who fakes it with constant BS when necessary! I'm convinced it wasn't some master plan but a dangerous gamble that backfired.
Leaving the architect or at least man responsible, in position.
Galling that current commentary always reports LR achievements and expertise. Just galling!!
Indeed clark8004.
Just what I did here to g rest success. Unfortunately then LR crashed the SP with our Funding mess. Fortunately I had cash to continue and have a reasonable average price via Retail Offer with remaining sales cash plus, but that's been no thanks to the abysmal mismanagement and funding shockwe we all had sprung on us out of the blue.
Recycling has been a blessing with this pos managed for the BOD
but 0.3p was a universal unnecessary self inflicted hiccup!
Old old news I'm afraid OG.
A duaration of 4 months ending December 2022.
We are ALL desperate for meaningful commercial news after such a long dry spell and catastrophic money management!
Yes, I believe he did issue that buy rec.
Like all expectations here, they remain unmet.
Let's spend to invest in updating the Taiwan Lab before then (correctly and belatedly imv) deciding to sell it to realise much needed funds!
This shambles has overpromise, under perform and deliver delay as a company moto - with no deviation!!
About time we got a revamped Ranger countdown clock lol
