Its okay for people to have a go at customers for claiming expenses, if you are not involved. We should have gone home on 18th April, BA can't get us on a flight before th 29th. There are 10 of us. We came over to Atlanta on a shoestring budget for a Robotics competition, and through no fault of our own are stuck here. We are having to pay out for accomodation and food and transport. Plus our business is closed as it is a one man band therefore no income. How about some consideration for the customers eh!!!! And yes we do have travel ins. but it comes nowhere close to covering costs. And yes we do have business ins. who are saying its an Act of God. BA have a contract to look after customers........
