Re "So best to load ISA up next year in 13 days time" is that due to the new tax year meaning you can take out the equivalent of what you put in whilst in that take year? i.e. £20K in make profit, take £20K out tax free and leave any profits?

Lets be honest the numbers on coin index looks like stress testing for volume to see if larger volumes go through the exchange it can cope with it, if it ever hits those volumes I will be on a beach on the moon!!!

Since they bought Bake none of those figures have been real, it will all be test data until the exchange starts ranking again

Massive please filter Kat, arthur and anyone else causing angst on the board, it needs to top the back and forth. Its not worth the hassle for all parties.

There is so much focus on GS20 and rightly so given recent developments but they are also making money with Angra and Semnet. Not saying they are making billions (Yet haha) but they should be profitable come next results which will be a massive statement from the BoD. They are recruiting personnel across business units and growing out a tech business properly. They do need to improve comms and marketing of the products they have on offer but that will come when there is more money in the bank.

Knowing how this BoD work, I wouldn't be surprised if Bonifire is also off the table as well. Due to the recent raise they may have identified a different acquisition that now fits with a very different looking organisation to the one that set out to buy Easysend and Bonifire, things are changing so quick

GSTechnologies Limited (LSE: GST), the fintech company, is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into an option to purchase agreement to acquire 60% of the share capital of EasySend Ltd ("EasySend"), a Northern Ireland incorporated company operating a cross-border payments business (the "Acquisition").

So they did indicate 60% - coincidence?

Wayne you don't believe this board actually influences the share price do you? Only comms from the business will get things moving, this board has some good researched info from time to time but the vast majority is waffle. Sit back ignore the day to day rises / drops and wait for official news.

Lloyd they will need a number of products to sell to current and potential clients, Veeam, Microsoft, Crowdstrike etc. They need a full catalogue but aren't partnering directly with vendors in big deals, they just become authorised resellers. What it does mean though is the tech staff need to be trained in these products and that costs money either by hiring staff or training existing, so the more partnerships they make the better for the company as whole.

Since the start of GS Fintech and the purchase of Angra FX all systems have run on the Wise "Coal" blockchain which they got access to via a share deal. Now that they own their own Blockchain with Bake do you all think they will be migrating all GSFintech owned systems to Bake Blockchain therefore no longer needing "Coal".

The main reason I ask is the Investor page on the website has always showed 5% share of the business by Wise since the deal was struck, its no longer visible, therefore do you think Wise are selling their stake in the business now and are one of the prime sellers? Not saying Jack is going anywhere by any stretch but Wise will be making a healthy profit and if they have been surpassed by an owned Blockchain there is no need any longer for them to hold the shares.

This is an all time SP high for the pureplay Fintech business, the previous high for those who have been here for 4 years was an EMS only business. New territory for GST. There have been darker days on this board, 1 or 2 posts a day maximum, drops for no reason, lack of news, its so nice to see the business and the BoD now get some real momentum. Congrats to all who have held this for years and to the new holders, good luck

Giggs2006 - which is why GST has already said the DSS is not necessarily a strategic aim in the UK currently. I have said it before I don't think the DSS is happening this side of 2025, the market conditions in the UK just aren't right for the further investment needed from GST, they can invest in other areas with their cash reserves and get greater growth in the short-medium term.

Enki back in March RNS they stated "regulatory authorisation in the UK for the Company's stablecoins is not seen as an immediate strategic priority or necessity as the Group's other operations develop". This is still only a small business at present and getting a listing sorted will take a lot of time and effort from all those involved, I am hoping for EasySend to be completed this year and plenty to look forward to in 2025, I just don't think at this stage the DSS in the UK appears to be their No 1 priority as it stands, I hope I am wrong.
