Honestly I hope you’re right Massive. I’ve been here nearly 6 years now and this stock is up and down like a brides nighty. A steady news flow or engagement keeps this way above its current position and I get the fact they want to just get on with building a business but the level of disregard for shareholders is beyond. It was no different when Goh has this as an EMS org.

I do hope they deliver. I genuinely think this short spike just relates to the AGM and people expecting something emanating from it. There is no news from the BoD currently and unfortunately I don’t see any coming but I live in hope.

It’s likely the AGM has dropped on to a few people’s radars and they are here to try and make a few quid. No news

Many organisations work towards standards like ISO27001 in the UK but dont ever submit an application. Aligning and working towards a standard doesn’t mean you will actually attain it. These lot failed with sandbox let’s hope they actually apply for MiCA and get it over the line.

Semnet might have only had 1 contract when they acquired them and if it was a 10 year deal that would concur with their revenues. They have to grown the business now organically and take it forward to get listed. When GST applied for the UK sandbox I guarantee they fell short on their Cyber posture as most usually do therefore getting Semnet onboard post failed application has more than likely accelerated their posture. The BoD constantly talk about being on the right side of reg and I think Semnet have helped them achieve this and are probably a key component of the MiCA application.

"Subsidiaries GS Fintech UAB, Angra Limited, and Semnet Pte Ltd are expected to contribute profit to the Group" - clearly Bake costs have prevented a more rounded set of accounts.

Lloyd - they have been looking for those roles for a few months now, when filling them I think the issue might be they are part time roles to start. Even Shane shared the CEO one I think on LinkedIn albeit the jobs have now gone from the LinkedIn site but remain on the website, be great to get people in post though in Lithuania that's for sure.

It’s no coincidence that the integration of Bake and GS20 was completed in last years accounts by the end of March. Any costs associated with the heavy lifting will have been sunk in last year. Leaving this year to give more upside and hopefully more profits.

10-20 I’d say Leew - they still need funds for acquisitions and adding value/features to other business units. If Semnet drops all hell will break loose.

Sandgrounded - surely you have to consider the buying of BAKE, META and ongoing integration costs of that business when considering cash position?

Also wouldn't surprise me if all this round of funding isn't for another acquisition alongside BTC

We will be lucky Enki for this to break 1.5 and stay there today. I will creep next week and the next but I don't see it hitting those heights, I hope I am wrong.

If this finishes in the 1.3's that will be a good start, sentiment will carry on tomorrow reaching maybe 1.40's - 3-4 weeks to financials, which will show continuous improvement but they will not be in the large millions by way of increased revenue, they just need to be profitable. Zoo acquisition ready to complete soon giving more opportunities in EU = more revenue.

They have had this on their website for some time, I think with it being part time they won't have had many applicants. This is the 1st time Shane has pushed it though. They also want a compliance officer and non exec director - all part time

The only thing that concerns me about the listing is the FCA Sandbox application, it went quiet for ages (for those who have been here that long) and then they didn't get over the line. I would like to think they have learned from that and this one gets completed. Even if it doesn't, Semnet is generating cash and likely profitable so still adds great value to the group. I think the funds generated from Semnet will supercharge all other operations (Bake especially), if it doesn't happen they will have to generate more capital / investment to achieve their goals. All positive though, albeit I am not expecting massive profits in July, just progress.
