They may have sold GSFintech or trying to comply with MiCA by having a lean corp structure. Chris I have to say all this is just conjecture is without substance. By buying bake they inherited a platform but also a load of developers who can build a legitimate payment app so they may well be using that resource across multiple businesses ie Angra and therefore strengthening their overall position as a fintech. 2024 they released a June corp update. Let’s see what happens 🤞🤞a lot of people on here are under water with this share having bought into their strategy let’s hope they can get parity for everyone invested.

Wouldn’t surprise me if this is the route for Bake. Kriptomat are ISO accredited and way further on in their compliance journey than Bake and they have downed tools, transferring customers to a different bigger platform. This MiCA is way harder than I think GST have given credit for.

It wouldn’t surprise me if they are moving Bake and GS20 as was under GST directly. The company structure rules under MiCA need to be clear and transparent. All these small subsidiaries will not cut it, things need to be clear. Shayne said something on interview that audit was focusing on company structure. Probably monies have been moved around and people. I think the legal advice will be to simplify the company structure and its employees.

In Singapore law I believe the judge who will be the only person present in cases like these will have set out yesterday what he expects from the defence as to how to proceed based on evidence provided so far. This is why it will run on. The judge has all the power he needs in these cases to conclude them.

I’m not 100% sure something will drop tomorrow. For me I still see this going on a little longer before it comes to a completion.

Coupled with gs fintech applying for this you have Angra also applying for licenses as per Dec update “ Angra Limited in the UK is currently applying for an FCA Electronic Money Institution ("EMI") licence which will enable it to substantially increase its market offerings and services, including the ability to issue electronic money and provide payment services such as digital wallets and prepaid cards. Significant investment continued during the Period in connection with this application which continues to progress.”

What’s evident is these lot are trying to build multiple businesses at the same time with a relatively small resource. It will take time and that doesn’t always sit well with traders
