On Monday a big part of the RNS for me was "Completion of the acquisition of EasySend remains conditional, inter alia, on the entering into of definitive sale and purchase documentation" - this tells me they haven't agreed a sale document yet and value. I suspect the raise if to get the deal over the line hence the q2/q3, I dont think the FCA here at the blocker, the owner of EasySend is probably asking for his pound of flesh and as yet I don't think they have met his valuation. There may also be other acquisitions as well along the way but the payment tech offered by EasySend and their website professionalism alone offers way more than QST have at present. GST need EasySend ASAP.
I know the Angra HK money website got listed on here yesterday but looks like HK might be a kick off for the B2C and B2B versions of Angra - angrapay dot com is also a live site as well both the pay and money sites look better than previous versions
AIM I suspect the investment has a lot to do with the fact EasySend have a verified iOS app with good reviews. The Angra app will take ages with Apple as they have a long due diligence process to get an App to market, Easy send already have the tech verified. Hopefully this results in AngraGlobal getting some much needed progress
Its the first month they haven't released an RNS (other than AGM), I can only think the comments pre sandbox and getting it wrong have held them back from saying anything before its concrete this time round. I suspect Oct will be different.
The BoD are always slow on the PR front but that's fine as long as it is launched properly. I didn't know until today that AngraFX already have and App so I guess building on this App with the e-wallet and ability to send overseas. Having an App already is a massive plus for AngraGlobal
Dont forget they still need to launch gsend.co.uk for cross boarder payments this might may well end up being a rebrand of Angra but there is clearly a plan across a number of different work streams they need more resource to start pushing this on now
