Jack Bai – CEO of GST and Bake, I suspect this is short term and doesn't want the day to day running hence the recruitment, he has a group of companies to run and needs someone on the group like the Lord at Angra

Aim - "I think GST have stepped away from FCA and are going for their stablecoin launches through Bake-Circle-MiCA." I have thought this for some time, I also think the costs for reapplication could be better served elsewhere in the GST Group, not to mention the resource needed to get application over the line with Semnet already going through an arduous application. 👍

There is clearly loads going on in the background, Bake are recruiting for 3 major roles in Lithuania to front up Bake in the EU, they are ceasing Singapore users from 1st May which means the whole platform is coming to the EU / UK in the coming months. Marketing and other comms operations will happen off the back of this but when you are looking for a CEO, head of compliance, and non exec board director you are building a board from scratch, in the same way Angra did with Lord Wellesely. I get it, the SP has dropped but it will bounce back, they are building a proper regulated financials services group of companies, it takes time albeit at the moment it feels a bit painful.

Zag, I think July's RNS regardless of what comes in-between will show a return to profit for the business, not saying its going to be millions in profit terms but I believe the business will be generating good levels of cash flow and hopefully a strong base from which to build. I do think the lack of comms isn't helping as these out the blue RNS and resulting in large share price swings. Lets hope some good news comes before July 🤞🤞

YE figures posted last year Wayne 24th Jul 2024. I know they had said in a previous RNS that they wanted alignment across all group companies for YE trading date, not sure of GS20 has managed to do this in time but this would cloud the water a little on revenue if they have.

I see Bake recruiting bake.io/careers/#current-job-opening - some senior positions as well. All in Lithuania the location of GS20 exchange if I am not mistaken

I agree Enki things are now working post integration but I think most are now looking for a genuine step change in the data that's available to us the general public. Whilst some of it might be misleading, we are all looking for performance measures that point to that "rocket" Shane referred to on LinkedIn a month ago

I think longfell with Easysend the App tech was a big play but I am guessing they don't now deem this key. The comment about using the capital wisely, this was the most notable line for me "enhancing shareholder value through disciplined capital allocation" shows they are thinking that with every raise they apply for, every penny counts.
