Not strictly AFC though potentially of interest:

Perhaps optimistic to expect an RNS on the day of the event as you posted/hoped at the start of the day?
The previous RNS' were ideal timing for this event. With the cost of hydrogen power continually dropping AFC are in an ideal place to capture business.
I guess like other's have been sceptical about, it's whether AFC can acquire the business. This surely must be the prime moment.

>Correct by me. Does the market follow what I say? or do I just read the market well? who knows chicken and egg I suppose.

Convenient to call it both ways and pretend to yourself you're correct.
Presumably the cost of hydrogen will be following the same curve as solar and batteries. Electricity prices are easing so that will only help the cause. No doubt there'll be plenty government subsidies in the coming years to move the hydrogen economy towards mainstream reality.
From what I've read, the UK continues to recognise the CE marking and aims to indefinitely

"A kilogram of hydrogen holds 39.4 kWh of energy, but typically costs around 52.5 kWh of energy to create via current commercial electrolyzers. Australian company Hysata says its new capillary-fed electrolyzer cell slashes that energy cost to 41.5 kWh..."
It's not easy to compare measuring energy/carbon/storage requirements but of course, ammonia has the advantage of being easily transportable and stored.
"Haggis the price is not even up today"
... the previous closing price was 14.66. The bid is 15.30.
Honestly, be negative about the share but do you need to constantly pollute the boards with your whimsical observations.
You both know each other and clearly you're both at it. Do you really need to pollute public discourse, probably not.
Why give 'Ade' oxygen on these boards. At the most he has a point about being sceptical of commercialisation news but in the main he's just all about pointless posts intending to rile up other board members and meaningless predictions about end of day SPs.
It's like a groundhog day thing on here.
>If house prices had stagnated or dropped
I'd also factor in the money that the parents never spent on the mortgage which likely benefitted the children at the time. Crazy for the children to think the bank would essentially provide them a 25 year interest free loan.
Topped up at below 144. Surely will seem under valued when the 10p/y dividend hits.
IIRC movements of holdings beyond 3% that move by 0.1% deserve an RNS within 24 hours. Someone moving ~136M shares suggests someone who already has a major stake. Surely if there's no RNS that suggests a new stake builder below 3%.
