Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
that Kite Lake have taken a chunk. Providing the deal with the Chinese is completed this company is so under-valued its crazy. Q3 the herd will arrive and we will really motor - imho 30p will come quickly once we start.....
Thanks for the dialogue on warrants folks ...... whatever the outcome at least we can be content in the knowledge that we have some cracking acreage in Tapi Ake with some serious upside ...... buying at these prices can only see movement one way imho....
Denz. Im with you on this one. I am concerned though about the effect the enormous number of warrants that are out there are going to have on the SP growth. Weve had a taste of this over the past few weeks I think. Any thoughts anyone ?
This is a great note shows the potential going forward nicely .... an obvious buy imho at these prices
going in here. I'm not surprised at this SP - to me this is a no brainer if all goes to plan
M. It is not definite that production will be forthcoming - lots of hurdles yet. Let's remember that while the 'reserves' of 300+MMBBls have been touted, for a long time this has still been uncommercial for various reasons. I think that with 3 wells they will get sufficient confidence to go ahead with some sort of development but it will be end of next year before we know..... another reason I suspect for the lack of share price movement today.... that is assuming they drill next year. It would be even better if they drilled end this year but I somehow doubt that with a new rig involved. I would certainly like to know why Blue Eyes thinks its a bad deal .... wonder how many he has done? In the market over the past three years farm-ins have been a rare commodity. I certainly wouldn't expect anyone to offer 3 wells without there being optionality after each of the first and second wells. This way they will be sure of a development either one way or the other.
If APEC have committed to spend say $100MM+ and PVR are carried 50% of this then that's $50MMM worth of value.......... and the SP has gone up how much ......... $10MM ........that's b@ll@cks ......crazy price now and as someone said it went to 13p on the first rns..........lots of upside here
I have worked with Chinese too .......... what's most important here is that there is a a big commitment by them and they will not wish to lose face .......... I have known for years that they have been trying to get their equipment into the North Sea and other arenas ........ so I would expect them to follow through...... maybe that's where the market is sceptical. Once the rig is brought in and drilling then we'll probably see a real march on the SP ...... hopefully TOR and co have included penalty clauses if they don't fulfil....
I bet the Chinese would offer some sort of project finance ........... to me that's not an issue
........ rarely do you get so much work programme committed..... 3 wells will for sure answer any doubts about Barryroe and development of some sort is highly likely thereafter. For PVR and LOGP to retain 50% after such a commitment (circa $100MM; note includes sidetrack and testing !) is also very good news. The finance structure is smart too and will not impact much on the NPV. The deal also extends beyond Barryroe. Well done TOR I take it all back. This is a much better deal than any western company would have offered. Maybe one day the market will wake up and realise the value in this. Imho the current market cap at these levels is a complete joke. SP should be 20p at least.
H ..... spot on .... we might yet be surprised though ..... if Trump and Boulton rip up the agreement with Iran tensions will increase ........ with supply tightening anyway I think we'll see a material increase in POO. Maybe then people will sit up and realise they can't be out of the sector.......
JTD - fully agree and support you. I have been keeping my mouth shut, or at least trying to. I have lost significantly here. I think we should instigate a shareholder revolt ........... the lack of communication on every front is a disgrace - the lack of effort on the BOD part to react is also extraordinary - it seems endemic

Indeed Ian agree .......... MMs having an absolute field day today across the board - corrupt bunch someone needs to do something .......PMO is a classic example ........ oil price touched $70 last night..........
G. I have now seen both Fiona and Will present the opportunity. Both trustworthy and low key. I like their style none of the SOU flambuoance...... at least not yet. I know Will from past lives years ago and hes a nice guy and safe pair of hands. In my mind Tapi is an absolute gem .... little or know risk finding large amounts of gas the issue is producibility and even that is not likely to have the same issues as Morocco imho. Seems like folks havent clocked this one yet ....... they will but by then the share price will be much higher. Im sure the workovers and Wells this year will have some success too....... look at what PPC are doing. Argentina has been neglected for years...... love it ! Dyor folks !
Grippa. Totally agree ....... topped up again today @12.5p and will continue all the way. This share is going to outdo SOU by miles .... bring it on I cant wait.......
N ... Just the MMs doing their usual ....... trying to 'encourage' buyers ...... remember if in doubt drop 'em down ....... things are solid hear ....
R ...... fair comment ......... that said I'm not convinced that would stop a deal as the Irish government would be liable to pay costs for business interruption, past costs etc...... the licence agreements must hold some water ........ I think .... if that's the case then they should be taking legal advice and providing a pronouncement either way .......... a deal could still be done subject to clarity on this issue........ do we really think these lunatics are going to stop all oil and gas development in Ireland while the rest of the world carries on ........ I don't think so .........revenue from farming won't fill the coffers .........
W ... we're aware of this.....old hat The is not rocket science......... the commercial terms are usually the key step.... it means to me at least that someone made an offer and the work programme was then negotiated to a point of agreement ........ setting this in a legal agreement should not take 3 months as much of it is standard stuff ......... unless maybe another party came in and has also made an offer ........ and wants to come to the party ......... or the whole thing is off in which case O'Reilly should be telling us as this is price sensitive..........why can't this bloke close a deal........... he must be a Jonah ...... in which case he should be set adrift accordingly ............
S Are you sure? The longer the silence goes on the less likely of a deal now I think it should not take 90 days to finalise agreements........ it's time O'Reilly was honest with investors..........
