Guys got a response from Richard this morning.

Thank you for your interest. As previously announced, the Company's shares were suspended from trading on AIM on 20 January 2020. The Company will provide an update in relation to the status of this suspension and the RTO in the coming days.

I would have thought if we were delisting that would have been a relatively straightforward RNS which would have gone out this morning. Perhaps the lack of news is, as others have said, because they are very close and are trying to get the final details tidied up. If we don’t get anything this afternoon, I expect we will get something in the morning and I don’t think it will involve delisting.

By the way, there was nothing in the RNS which means they couldn’t have released it a week ago. I think it was deliberately held until 30p was tagged. Knew it would be a dampener and the SP would react the way it has, allowing whoever has been accumulating to get some more at a cheaper SP. defo something going on here!

There has been a background buyer in this over the last few weeks and the price has gradually been climbing. No spike, a slow uptrend. The drop today is way overdone compared to where we came from and how long it took to climb.
I think there are background negotiations regarding a buyout. RNS states ‘If the Arbitration process runs its full course a final determination is not expected until the end of 2021’. Key word being ‘if’! Financing discussions continuing, the longer the threat hangs over SPMP the better for us, but the financing will need sorted out way before end of 2021 and with the sorting out of the financing will come a buy out of our 40% plus £20 odd million loan. I expect more buying later today after the early sells. Someone is loading up!

RNS dated 13th May states SPMP management expected production to be 50% by end of Q2. No news on that last week. Surely we should have heard something? Or is there other news regarding financing and the arbitration going on which explains the delay?

Something seriously smells about INFA at the moment. The constant selling, the release of nothing news like today’s, the appointment of someone from TOM because we know they are doing well! The apparent warrants getting sold but no announcement, the 1.2 raise which was rumoured to have gone to one person, the disappearance of all those prominent supporters of infa, the moving on of the chairman, John and Arun posing outside a sign for a gas storage facility appearing like they just went for that photo and not at all for a meeting. The marine licence, yes the marine licence, contact Daera yourselves, it’s not as straightforward as some would have u believe and will involve 6 weeks of public consultation, never mind the time taken to actually make the decision, how can DD be carried out and not have an issue with no full marine licence being granted when the project relies so heavily on it? I reckon all those in the know sold out a long time ago, hence the radio silence. The share price should be flying on anticipation of news, something stinks.

Seems pretty clear to me that a number of well known shareholders had inside info on the delay and departure of the chairman. The trading, particularly the sells, indicate the insiders were selling in order to pick up profit and more shares when the news and, in turn, share price dropped. Constant mention of warrants being sold without any RNS to confirm. What happened with the last raise? Anyone know who took it? Hasn’t been mentioned for weeks. Regularly posters here and on twitter going on radio silence. I believe in the project but abhorr the recent goings on. Decent people holding shares in the company have lost money so the insiders can be fed. Stinks

Ps: Smokingjoe, oil and gas drilling is included in exemptions and therefore don’t need a licence, this is Northern Ireland Legislation I am talking about, follow the link, but I presume it’s the same for the rest of UK

The licence issue has been known about since 2012, the legislation covering the licence is from 2009. A draft licence was granted on the basis of previously submitted information and to be fully ratified additional information was/is required. Public consultation was always going to be required for this marine licence to be ratified along with EIA information. Read the information on Marine Licences and public consultation on Daera NI website, it tells u what the public consultation involves and timeframes.

This is all part of the FEED process, therefore it wouldn’t have been completed before now.

Infa are working with some major companies including Costain and Atkins who will have gone through all this before and will know exactly what should be included to ensure the final Marine Licence is granted.
If I was sure of equity and offtaker news being virtually sorted, I would b trying to save time by getting started on the licence issue too, maybe JW thinks the same. One thing I know for sure is that JW well ahead of us.

Dawski, I had a chat with someone who would know about this last week. My understanding is Gael are no longer taking the project forward. However they currently have a planning application in with the Dept for Infrastructure (DFI) and DFI are likely to ask the PAC (Planning Appeals Commission) to hold a public inquiry with regards to the planning application.

What’s with the daily late trades, mid price. Can only see back last 4 trading days and each day has one, usually 5000 shares except Friday which was higher!
