Nick talks about the rains dissipating over the next few weeks. Not the drilling starting. Cattleman u have been in Arcm for a number of years, surely u know by now that drilling has always started towards the end of June to mid July, I previously posted the dates of last 3 RNS’s informing us when drilling had commenced.

I still believe here, that may make me a fool, but that’s the chance I am willing to take with my money. The copper is there, historically and recently, it has been proven. A number of things have hit sentiment here and yes the board could have done things better. Communication could have been so much better, but then mayb there are other things to concentrate on. The sp hit the high because of the anticipation of a deal with AA, no deal was always going to hit the SP.
What has changed here in the last 3 or 4 years? We are far closer to a deal now then we ever were, that’s what’s changed! Look at GGP and solgold when they had deals which fell through. Look at the reaction to the SP for both. Arc is reacting exactly the same way and I’m excited about the future.

Expected Use of Proceeds for Ambitious Drilling Programme

Exploration activities over the last couple of years have targeted the surface anomalies identified primarily from the soil sampling programmes with subsequent shallow drilling providing a better understanding of the mineralisation within the Company's license areas. As a result of further follow-up analytical work it is now believed that a number of targets are host to a series of deeper mineralised systems. A fixed-wing airborne magnetic and radiometric geophysical survey with tighter spaced (50m) flight lines over certain target areas is being planned. This high quality survey will provide a detailed subsurface picture over the areas in question that will enable targeted follow-up deeper drilling to confirm the interpreted basin architecture and target potential mineralising traps and structures at depth.

In addition to the deep drilling programme planned, the placing proceeds will also be used for working capital purposes;to progress work at the proposed acquisition sites if the acquisition set out below completes; and may be applied to increase the Company's stake in the Company's Zamsort asset, subject to negotiations and commercial agreement.

Nick von Schirnding, Executive Chairman of Arc Minerals stated:

Am I right in saying there is a platinum asset they are trying to offload?
You look at what the SP was pre-covid, there is a lot of catching up to do!

Have been reading up on IronRidge Resources (IRR) and noted their conditional binding agreement with Piedmont (IRR RNS 1st July). I can similarities between what Jan have been doing and also what IRR have done recently.
Was hoping to get the opinion of those more knowledgeable than I, on whether or not we could potentially be lining up something similar to the agreement between IRR and Piedmont.

What I love about the alleged fraud and court case is that despite this alleged fraud MM continued to sell percentages of Zamsort and Zaco to ARCM. Tells u all u need to know.

One thing I find interesting about the Mining Indaba video is that Remy mentions about the need to drill deeper. Up to 500m in depth. This was before the Feb IC, during which we were told we were fully cashed up, then we raised for deeper drilling and Botswana. Then in the May IC we were told the raise was for deeper drilling and Botswana.
Yet we are paying for Botswana by issuing £1.2 mill of shares.
To summarise, we knew we would have to drill deeper long before the raise and the Feb IC and we are paying for Botswana in shares.
So either communication is off here or our strategy changed, which seems strange given we already knew we needed to drill deeper.

To clarify, Nick mentioned in 16/05/21 investor call that Fwiji would be drilled first. So there hasn’t been a change of plan. Also stated 2 drills, as shown in the Twitter picture.
Also usually when we get a RNS saying the drills have been mobilised within a week or so we get a follow up RNS saying drilling has started. I expect we will get that RNS next week.

Iron ore is in the third group, whilst vanadium is in the second.

Love the interviews. I also found it curious how brief the interview was and that no figures were mentioned. It’s like Brian is trying to get the message out to the wider market about how close we are to being producers. Also made me think other news can’t be far away.
