Certainly a realistic theory and in all probability you are more likely to be correct.
It’s a shame ur original investment came to nothing and u got fed up waiting. I am sure there are many in the same boat. Hopefully u and all other long term holders get a decent result soon enough.

For clarification, I defo fall within the ‘ordinary mortals’ bracket, rather than the ‘bent politician’. But if there are any bent politicians on the board, please let urself be known lol!

Sorry ‘recosting delay’

Which brings us back to lynthip’s theory that the recording delay is to allow shard to find a home for the shares prior to releasing news. Although a leak usually finds a way of spreading and potentially u might expect a higher volume of smaller trades as well?

I was in the Twitter group with MM a couple of years ago, he was the same in the group, was just an echo chamber for whatever research or points he and a couple of others were putting across. They didn’t like anything being challenged, pointless group.

Stok, I think that’s the point lynthip is trying to make. Shard have to find customers to buy the shares, shard will have to have a carrot to entice their customers to buy the shares which will allow them to make some profit.

You should go on to Twitter and read the new article (by same author) in relation to the RTO. Something stinks!

Funny how those big buys from yesterday appear today after hours. Interesting to see if any big ones come through tomorrow.

Would be a good ploy to generate volume, so someone can accumulate at relatively low levels (without making it too obvious and driving sp up) before some proper news is released...

Well the only real surprise is that it took so long for the company to issue a statement, given how long the article has been in the public domain.

Just listen to Teeling on Stockbox podcast from Oct 2020. Mentioned having some Corporate discussions and interest in the company. Very surprised if within 6 months (end of April 2021) there isn’t some corporate activity, very interesting time for company. Seems fair enough to say the recent rise in sp corresponds with Teeling’s timeline. Next couple of weeks could be interesting.

This is true, very Eastern European centric. Author is an Irishman with links to Russia through journalism and has had work published by the Irish times etc

The interesting thing is that this rumour of an RTO hasn’t been picked up by anyone on Twitter yet (other than the author of the article) and isn’t being ramped, in fact there appears to be very little ramping of ark at all on Twitter

The article mentioned $45m. So about £30m. So there would a re-rate of the SP but would be dependent on raising funding etc. Also would be a suspension of trading with funds locked in.
