Sorry, I meant those scared into selling by the massive drop and thought of delisting get screwed.
I think you mentioned a month or so ago about a possible offer here, obviously things haven’t gone the way we had hoped. Do u think there is a chance the offer could come before delisting?

Some cracking (by cracking I mean odd) late trades going through last few days. Someone is working hard to keep the SP up and keep the subscription agreement shares churning.

So tstr were holding the funding up and all 3 parties needed to agree before spmp got the funding. Tstr go silent partner, funding agreed, tstr delists, plant goes into full production, odey gets his payday, PIs screwed.

SPMP Board of Directors announces the appointment of Joel Montgomery as Chief Executive Officer as from November 1, 2020. Chief Operating Officer and Executive Committee member since September 2018, Joel Montgomery has been acting CEO since February 2020.

The plant has recently reached several important milestones, including the successful production and sale of 500t of antimony and gold doré. Just want to urge caution buying at the moment guys. Might be that the first tranche has gone or close to going but a second tranche could be close behind. I fear this could be a pump to get the SP up prior to second tranche coming forward.

The subscription is like death by a thousand cuts, or in this case 100,000 cuts. Walking the SP down with each subscription which means the company eventually gets less and less. Would have been better off just raising a lump sum in one go rather than enduring this pain for each tranche!
