The need for hast is due to the fact there is no guarantee snt will ever come back if delisted. If we leave it until the last day, which is the day of the GM, then it is likely to be too late to resume trading. Sentiment therefore needs to be expressed before it is too late.

Boosh you have answered your own question. If they can’t get the deal through then we get delisted and hold shares in an unlisted company (see tri-star resources as a recent example). They will try to get health destinations listed another way.

The S&p agreement was signed in October, weeks before we found out in the RNS. Since then we have had some publicity in papers (to force the regulators hand) and then news of the consolidation and raise. I don’t think we would have heard about the consolidation and raise if this wasn’t going to happen.

Mibo, explain ur rational behind thinking Odey is selling his entire 68% share?! The 1% RNSs which have been explained? If Odey is selling why isn’t the sp tanking right now? Considering he has a hell of a lot to sell? Why didn’t he sell before news of this delisting? He has a member of his team on the board, he would know what was happening.

Odey has not intention of selling his proportion of the shares, why would he, everything the board are doing is directed by Odey. The delisting is supported by Odey, tells u all u need to know. The director installed today is an Odey stooge. Odey is delisting to save money and sell the 16% in SPMP

So everyone is selling, apart from the 1.4mill buy for £66k and the 335k buy for £17.76k. No way am I selling here. If odey wants my shares he can give me a premium rather than get them for cheap by forcing the SP down on the threat of delist.

Very strange RNS regarding the TR1. Why would Odey sell such a small amount? To slow the buying? To show people the exact percentage they own? To tell people the delisting is happening, ‘look at the vote percentage I have?’
