Agreed. Looks like struggling to get brokers to get $20m away, hence the delay. You also have to think about what development can be done for said small amount.

Trade sale around current discounted NAV appears sensible.

I suspect the coy RNS placing reasoning is to pay 17 Guident staff for +3 months or so, along with, of course, BOD salaries which is an absolute priority.

All loss making companies for years and still are dumhead, multiple and regular placings, including Guident.

Salt and Genip had hefty placings in Dec. These follow the Bell and Lucy models given loss making.

As for monetising Lucy, again Wizzer wont know we had +60% stake at Ipo, now less than 5% through mass dilution. This is the key, $15m for Guident wont last long as all portfolio companies are loss making having had multiple placings post Ipo.
