I had taken that the agreement is completed given the conditions are now unconditional for that agreement.

A play on words perhaps.

The RNS 1 Nov went on to say:
At the Closing Date [30 Nov] the acquisition will become unconditional.

So whats the problem here!

There were placings in both Nov 20 and Nov 21. The BOD need their salaries paying!

Does the CEO know that Premier Foods through their Saxa brand have on shelves - fine salt, fine sea salt, even a spray salt, and spray salt and vinegar helping to reduce blood pressure (refer to reviews)!

All the above, bar the spray, are covered by all the main supermarket chains. Easily searchable. Asda I think was 75g for 50p. 750g for £1.30 for fine salt.

Current Nav discount for both Salarius and Guident are about 25% I think on £31m market cap given Bell and Lucy reductions (currently these are £16m). Discount not historically high imv.

I dont add any salt to anything I prepare. The only salt I have is already in ready meals. Enter the main food producers for the USA - the Mexicans. Look what happened there.
