Bell Ipo, could not sell shares in year 1. Year 1 to year 2, only via controlled sell to institutions. That was further confirmed in the recent Bell share sale. So they can only sell to institutions upto 28 May 2023 after which time they can sell direct on the market.

Only a timing guess for cash with 2 loss making companies. But only my view.

V10, last time they sold 2m shares in Bell. Looking at the Bell sp, the same might apply again, without a special dividend, given that emergency £900k wont last long given their new websites and directors like Ms Sainsbury!
