US court action settlement and licence agreement with CDE

CAP-XX is pleased to announce that, following a court action, it has reached agreement with Cornell-Dubilier Electronics Inc. (CDE), whereby CDE will licence two of CAP-XX's patents on a non-exclusive basis.

CDE is a US based privately owned capacitor manufacturer with over 35,000 customers worldwide. It is also the largest manufacturer of power capacitors in North America.

The royalty rate to be paid to CAP-XX is in line with the royalty rates applicable to other licence agreements with third parties. No further financial details relating to the transaction will be disclosed due to confidentiality provisions in the settlement.

Ioxus intellectual property judgement

CAP-XX Limited, a world leader in the design and manufacture of thin, flat supercapacitors and energy management systems, announces that the Delaware District Court has made a judgment in favour of CAP-XX against Ioxus, Inc ("Ioxus").

The Court found that Ioxus is liable for infringing the patents-in-suit and awarded CAP-XX compensatory damages of $1,237,717 and enhanced damages of $3,713,152 and also awarded CAP-XX its attorney's fees.

Is that patent they won two times over US manufactorys? if yes why both case they dont need mention anythign about Alice 101 ?

How on eath two previous case thier dependant lawyer didnt said anythign about valid of patent at all ? I dont think they lose as Alice 101 section apply on underlying abstract ideas . This patent physical new invention so how can they challenge about that point? I think they will lose and on 11 December they will have starta at 8 30 AM each side have 10 minutes to talk about that.

How directors accept share at 1.9 p for thier salary ? they think it will worth more than that and they can sell them into market. only time will tell but all things seem going good course.

So in thí situation Tesla shoul again patent office as they grand that patent for CPX and that patent base ground to won over last time. It will become mess up if that case right for Tesla as they invadi for whole thing and all company will be turn up side down again.

Before they grand those patent the official have been checked carefully and cant be like that.

The case could turn out the whole thing in patents mess up as there are a lot of things turn against each other.

The main point in this redesign the whole project cost a lot more than in original targets. They only estimate 35% increase but not sure if redesign will finish with that money or it need more than that. Hang on nobody want to dump it but when caculation on money peoples tend to think for themselves and forget evebody else. There are many example about pre administration . They can buy it very quickly close off old one and put the same money but become thier new co.

That point scare many big one jump in although its share now so cheap. as thing consider about fund very high risk and the higher capital requests the more difficulty it can find support.

Many firm go administration this year result run out of fund and cant find its support from market.As soon as they got a RNS about fund sort out this share will fly instances but now it seem down trend and nothing can help.

Only day traders and long holders talking in here . we will never see holding RNS as no big firm woulh like to buy HZM share .

My main entry is 091p and there are many thing to consider when I bought it. New CEO , sign many distributors, Active CEO going to do his job very well , court result next week , Its share is bottom of the year and they got enough money to run bussiness over 2024, Sell number increase 35% over 2022 . All of that will come good end , Just letting them have some time to trasform this into money for share holders.

There are constant round numbers of shares sell so the last holder sell it that is why we see all down . They need money so they sell that is simple . Let them finish then boom we go.

The same patent CPX won last time and they had rewards worth over 4.3 millions . How can they lose this time? Loock bach any RNSs and you will find won case RNS .

CPX have new chater as new CEO. Sign a lot distributions around the world. Improving 35 % sell number compare last year. What is more inly waiting time for all of that come to fruit. 6 months from now share price will be different as they got enough money on bank for 2024. Active CEO and should bring some sign contacts very soon as last RNS they said weeks away.

Court case only in short of time but long term should up from now as all troubles from COVID-19 have been easy disappearing.

CPX spent over 1.2 million on court fee so if they get money on this how much will they agree ? More than any from last time . Yes they won in the past and 43. Millions so hopefully this time 10 millions as three years and Court fee .

CDX they just forget anything about that then when Covid19 High they forgot about CAR T . Now it come back and hanging around nobody know how long they can get back IND as this time there will more strict on CAR T as they update concerns about safety for patients .

The main point to lift share uplift is new on contact that will be greate. Yes court case is finish anyway and for sure CPX got money from that but on long term development many contacts win will bring a better uplift for share price.

New CEO is acting very good on moving around the world to talk with partner and the result we see many distribution bave been sign. That is greate from fisrt stare. , CPX just sign new JV with the best new to help long term then expansion all US,EU,India,China ,Singapore. all of that will bring more contacts just wait sometime to come. .

Court case is a just stater and it will drive company to new level as its future is more bright and great leadship under new CEO. How directors get thier salary by shares instead of money that is good thing as they like to reverse those capital to help company going thought development . not like many CEOs on AIM only take money and forget .

They have always been worried about cash but time next two week they will got something 7 millions from someone who use thier patent then that is huge boot share price . There are a lot cash avaiable for them next year , HaHa they only want carsh share price for thier benefit.

Oh you forget they got over 2 millions tax rebase last week so they got enough money to fully fund next year. Yes you come here only to mark share look negative but it cant change the fact thing will move foward then rerate on next card.

The best part is directors work and get share payments so cash will keep to do other importan job , That is how good company is as they commit to to make thing go forward. Shares are caculatiing with price 1.9p higher than share on market. They know it can sell higher later. Win win situation for all of shareholders .

All bought from morning and it seem PIs are more confidence in result next week. Good way to help share up lift but it is better if they can strikes a deal and sign big contac that is more favor. Any way this is good start from last two years when downtrend strop and moving up trend now..
