Patent unvalid as they said name is invalid so it can be correct and patent is vailid and have officially assigned number. Only name not correct .

That is main reason why CPX lose but it not over as nothing lose at all . CPX hold patent official with ownership but somehow name not correct it and update name of inventors .

Section 256 was amended in the America Invents Act to remove the deceptive intent requirement, but still allowing correction of inventorship.

Event incorrect inventors so they can correct it under US law and that is all my hope . This court case only show they cant identify the correct inventors.

You need to read full court documents to find out what they said invalid . Only results we still dont know yes . What results from Alice 101 test case ? Nobody know either.

They got every names of inventors in grand patent how can they said it not valid?

How can a patent invalid when it have all inventors name and have officially number assigned with that ? What about valid of previous grand court win as it now become invalid too. That issue all make trouble as things interconnected and now chopped into small part. Yes CPX can appeal this and take time more but this case show that the way interpretation the law conflict if that case so anybody can use and patents and getway using those tatics. This is lower court so CPX will do something to protect thier IP or if not they will lose all of them . What about its future products base on those patent ?

Maybe drop 60 % off on monday and how peoples who bought this share when it 15 p think about return thier original capital

investment?

Remember nothing lose and this is first trial but can appeal again this . The Whole IP will be lose if they lose this case and other company will claws bach what they paid CPX for patent now become invalid.

It is not really on share value yes but all thing have happened at CPX at large as they have new CEO. New distributions sign up. Active CEO and promise new sell winthin weeks .If they can show some win contacts that will true transform as company on bottom and it have everything elements to put it higher than now. It is quite intensive situations for CPX as if they fail this time there will be whole turn down as someone paid for them on using thier patent invalid and stop paying them as they will accept that is not legal to pay any more.

There are two big seller not finish yes so as soon as it good rise it off buy seller. It seem that our new CEO very active and hopefully he can sign a contact very soon as last RNS they promise weeks . That will transform company into new chapter.

All that thing is done under ex CEO , That is main point here as they missed promise. Let talking about new CEO and he is very active. I can see him a lot pro active and very good on communication to get new expanding distribution net work that will bring some result next year.
