@Lumbert - Spratt / Habs is a control freak and tries to control the board in the way he controls the telgramp group. Don't let it deter you. I would just filter and keep your sensible and balanced opinions coming. The vast majority on here appreciate your honest views.

@Mozax - The problem is, the rampers on here (Pratt) and the telegram group have been saying exactly the same thing for the last 12-18 months all the while the SP has plummeted. Almost all of them are heavily underwater and therefore they refuse to entertain any debate relating to deal slippage quarter on quarter, etc.

Pratt, in the telegram group, used to say over and over again that SK's mantra was grow fast or die slow... until it became abundantly clear that this wasn't growing fast... in fact quite the opposite...

I'm sure my green filtered stalker will point to the time when I wrote "millions" instead of "thousands' as a typo as if that in any way excuses his nonsense. He knows that I was heavily invested here due to my belief in SK and is annoyed I sold out most of my holdings in June when this hit 0.80. However quarter on quarter that belief in SK has etched away due to false promises / lack of control of the sale pipeline.

I do think some big deals will be announced in the next 2 weeks but I do not think it will be anywhere near the approx. 10M needed to uphold SK'dsreputation RE the forecast that he repeatedly assured the market and private investors with.

@Manifesto - Did you think SK was being cautious when he confirmed this publicaly and also to me on email:

"Management has issued $13-15m bookings guidance for FY24 which would be represent 81% and 108% growth at the low-end and high-end of the guidance range respectively"

If so, this is going to quite a bumper last few weeks!!!

Delighted to see an uptick for all the sensible holders on here that have the ability to have a grown up conversation around the pros and cons of this investment.

@chasbrown: Genuine question - considering Q4 and EoY update is likely going to show significant lack of progress against predictions (estimated 8-10M shortfall for the year) do you not see this negatively impacting the SP?

@abzzba - Good find! This diversification strategy by the Chinese can only be positive for us.

Today is a good start but still currently down 59% over the last 6 months.

@investor33 - I am leaning towards the takeover theory right now tbh. What are the possible takeover options in your opinion?

@investor33 - Assuming you are correct (which I hope you are), who exactly is behind the sells to purposefully suppress the SP? Is this actually possible?

@Doc83 - Please expand on your thoughts on what the benefit would be for anyone to want to keep the SP low by manipulated trades, unless it was for those wanting to get in lower before a significant rise of the SP or a potential takeover.

@Mesitermesiter- just filter the idiot it makes the board a lot more bearable. He’s fallen in love with this share (and possibly SK himself) which is never wise.

He will do his usual and throw toys out of the pram soon and promise to never post on here again blah blah like he has done so many other times . Don’t forget he assured us the SP would never reach this level.. he will still be ramping no matter how much the SP plummeted.

@Pearls they may be different legal entities but surely you can see why it's not a good look after what happened previously to misadvise the market so significantly?

@Walkley - I agree that after Wandisco misled so dramatically in terms of Sales it is very concerning that SK has (so far) misled the market on expected FY booking of $13-$15M. I am not an ex Wandisco shareholder but I would have thought that he would have been extra careful in this regard based on what happened previously. Realistically there are 2-3 weeks left to make up approx. $10M shortfall. I alsways thought Q4 was going to be a monster quarter for Cirata due to the trust I had in SK's predictions. It looks like I was wrong.

Espen35 - please seek help. This is not normal behaviour.

@LegalWolf - SHare price moving news will be confirmation of sale of produce, or the next step towards it. As you likely heard yesterday this is very close. 200-300 barrels a day continue to be produced every single day and stored appropriately. China need the oil and Mongolia need the money / progression. It's a matter of "When" not "If" over the the next few weeks IMO.

Also, don't ignore the possibility of a JV or buy out.

Lots of potential news here over the Christmas period IMO.
