If I were a betting man I would favour an early feb RNS next week (prob Thursday). I can't see MB stating Feb for signature in the last RNS if he felt for whatever reason it would go down to the wire for that month. Wouldn't make sense to put unnecessary pressure on himself.

@Hastings - The board becomes a lot more decent if you block him. Everybody else seems to be able to discuss things without insults or ridiculous ramping (despite the SP now being down 71% over the last year). As such, some humility wouldn't go amiss... but I gave up on the hope of that a good while ago. ATB!

@Hastings - You are correct. We were told this time last year that turnaround was complete, foundations had been stabilised and that we should prepare for a year of growth. This didn’t materialise.

People interested in forecasting accurately in this sector would do well to become familiar with LARR and CARR.

LARR is typically received in the form of an annual license fee once implementation has finished and the solution has been deployed / gone live.

Implementation and integration fees are normally a one-time fee.

I notice SK is back in the US... Let's hope those trips are more fruitful than his previous US trips.

@Investor - I filtered Doc some time ago now but am not surprised to hear that.

The neg pressure is increasing which can only mean we are getting closer to a re-rate! Absolute weirdos to spend so much time on a BB they aren't invested in. I actually feel sorry for them.

Feb will be the start of a series of positive updates:

1. Contract signature

2. Export License

3. Increase in BPD from H1 after sand screen is purchased and fitted

4. Adjustments to H2 / Gobi

Anyone else think we might get confirmation of signature sooner rather than later? MB suggested “February” in the last RNS but strong chance he would want to underpromise and over deliver on that.

I think contract signature will be the first catalyst for us never again to see these lows. Export license will follow quickly thereafter. Then we just need to get the sand screen to increase BPD at H1 before looking at H2 in a bit more detail once things warm up a bit.

@Mozax - Sk's mantra has always been "grow fast or die slowly" - even Spratt can verify that. That makes things even more concerning IMO. I do wonder how long he will stay if things don't turn around soon. Although his reputation would be dented from not turning this around he could still land fantastic gigs elsewhere with companies that have money in the bank to be truly transformational.

I see it more that the CRO role at Cirata is a hands on senior sales guy and therefore they have a lost a senior revenue generating sales person rather than a "number cruncher".

@roxy2020 - Correct! As mentioned in the last RNS, all it will really take to significantly increase H1 production is a sand screen. This is not an expensive purchase to make... it's just too cold to start modifying any of the wells further at the moment
