Once sales agreement is confirmed then investors will start to pile in as they will feel they can more accurately predict future financials. Of course, it won't be at this bargain price.

I predicted a bumper Q4 as fully expected SK to honour his forecast sent privately and announced publically throughout the seconds half of the year but have been let down.

@themook - I'm afraid you are fighting a losing battle with that request. The chap you refer to is a control freak and can't stand it if anyone has an opinion that isn't 100% positive. Even though the comments of those he disagrees with have been proven right for more than 12 months now.

Spratt is heavily underwater here and reacts accordingly, hence why it's easier to filter.

I would have had more respect for Kelly if he didn't try to "disguise" the withdrawal of bookings guidance in the same RNS as the "new" deal. I expected more integrity from him tbh.

Kelly's mantra has always been "Grow fast or die slowly". I'll just leave that there...

Seems very late in the year to be withdrawing booking guidance that has been promised privately and publically even in Q3. Deal slippage still a huge concern and SK hasn't got a grip on the pipeline yet. 2M is a good start as a new deal but the trend of companies only wanting to commit to 1 year deals is not a good sign... please take this from someone who works for a company who has progressed towards 1M ARR. It's very hard to forecast confidently on 1 year deals and there is a concern of some sort not to commit to a more typical contract duration, e.g. 3 years.

Let's see how the market reacts.

Does anybody know what happened to the enterprise deal that slipped in Q1 and was predicted to land in Q2 and whether that actually materialised? That would be an interesting case study in terms of accuracy of forecasting by SK. I think shareholders deserve to understand what happened there.

Unfortunately I think “deal slippage” will on er again be mentioned in the Q4 / EOY review s and the market won’t like it. Let’s see.. we’ve still got a couple

of weeks to go before Christmas shutdown.

@Sinitta - the market sees renewal RNS’ being posted in the absence of an approx 10M shortfall in new deal revenue as a sign of desperation I’m afraid. If it was posted alongside multiple new enterprise deals it would be a different matter.
