Ben Richardson, CEO at SulNOx, confident they can cost-effectively decarbonise commercial shipping. Watch the video here.
Firstly I never touted that I am the one that has the knowledge and knows everything. That has been you for the past few years. Weren't you the one last year that was screaming, saying as a fact that the offtake is imminent, around the corner about to be signed, upramping the Jesus out of this stock and insulting anyone else that was saying that there will be no offtake? You always claimed that you have direct communication with the CEO, no doubt about it, only that you have completely wrong at everything that you have said so far about offtakes, triple shifts, 100.000 tones of production and the list goes on and on. I have never claimed any kind of knowledge although I have been investigating in shares since 1989. Whatever I say is purely my opinion and never claimed is a fact. The opposite by reading your posts over the years you are the one that was stating everything as being a fact with substantiating it.
Geomet are running the show? Come again? If I am not mistaking, CEZ has three board members and EMH two. Clearly the ones who take the decisions here is the majority and not the minority. If CEZ says jump then everyone jumps. Is naive to say that CEZ has no idea what is happening in Geomet. Both EMH and CEZ own a part of Geomet. CEZ has the majority and they are the ones that take the decisions. If I am not wrong EMH has only been appointed by CEZ to manage the project and they are getting paid to do so. You don't have to be a Lawyer or a share market analyst to understand that. I think this is a fact that doesn't need to be substantiated. When CEZ says production in 2026 I believe what CEZ says as they are the majority and EMH can't do jack about it. EMH again can't sign any kind of offtake without CEZ 's approval as they hold the majority. This is another fact that doesn't need to be substantiated nor you have to be a lawyer or share market analyst to understand it. Even a cook can. I said last year that there will be no offtake when you were claiming the opposite and a year after there is no offtake. I said last year that there will be no DFS as per EMH 's timeline when you were claiming the opposite and we don't have a DFS, which most probably will come hopefully at the end of this year or start of next year. For someone like you that you have direct communication with the CEO and the company how is it possible that whatever you say fails to materialise and me that I have never exchanged an email with anyone to be correct? Mark my words. I said that I will buy more at 0.80 and I will. Last week we hit 0.91. When I said months ago that I will buy at 0.80 you said that I was talking garbage. Well let's see who has been talking garbage over the past few years. Have a good night. Did you vote for Scomo by the way?
You should know by now that I have absolutely no agenda, I just say things the way they are, I am not living in Lala land and I am neither an optimist or pessimist. Somewhere in the middle and no wishful thinking. The biggest mistake that you can do in investing is to fall in love with a stock.It seams some people don't want or can't understand or still don't realise that CEZ has the 51% per cent. That's called a majority and that means that CEZ has the first and last word. And when CEZ talks about the timeline of the project that's what I am going to stick with and not the continuously failed one from EMH. CEZ will give the ok to any offtakes and not EMH. EMH it is just appointed by CEZ to manage the project until the DFS. After that we will see what happens with EMH. That's the reality of things. Of course you can dream of 4 pounds per share buyout as I dream of winning the lottery jackpot.....
If you perceive what you don't like to hear as deramping Colin then you live in Lala land.
I am a holder in EMH longer than you. Fingerss has no idea what was written in the agreement and no-one in here has. If anyone else is claiming differently that means inside information and it has legal implications for the CEO and the company. So I am pretty sure that Keith is not that naive it stupid to tell anyone, no matter how many shares he has what was written in the agreement. The agreement has not been made public. Secondly because someone has bought a large amount of shares and has exchanged a few emails with the CEO doesn't mean that he has any idea about the formula to calculate a possible buyout. Fpvone you are quite right. Thirdly we all remember Fingers saying last year that the offtake is around the corner, WV, Tesla , northvolt were lining up to sign. When I said last year that there will be no offtake and that the DFS is not going to be released as per timeline I was ridiculed. Well now a year later still no offtake has been signed and no DFS has been issued. And you can dream of a 4 pound per share buyout for the remaining 49% but can you remind me how much we've got for the 51%? Lol. By the way, Fingers has nothing to do with mining. Because I bought a large amount of shares in Airbus doesn't make me an aeronautical engineer. Cheers.
So you think CEZ will pay EMH close to 800mil pounds for the rest of the 49% of Geomet. Hmmmm, we will see.......As I said, there is no official formula to calculate the price, there is nowhere in the cez- EMH-CEZ agreement. Maybe your well informed contributors can tell us where did they find the formula or if it was implemented to another company and which one was that? As far as I am concerned the formula that circulated here is plain wishful thinking.
@Colin
So not a formula that was mentioned in the EMH-CEZ agreement. One that someone came up with and has been circulating it here according to his wishful thinking. That's why you are hoping for 4 pounds? As I said better look at other companies that were bought out in the mining sector and how was their valuation and sell price calculated because I couldn't find any formula in the agreement that we have with CEZ.
I strongly believe that EMH should slowly be looking for the next project, one that is 100% owned by EMH and without any government as a partner. Plenty of them here around in Australia and we will be loaded .
I don't know what the price could be, there are too many factors. Probably based on the DFS Li price but how it will be calculated I don't think anyone in here can say with certainty. A guess would be a percentage of the earnings over the 20 years of the mine, of course not the 49%. Probably would have to have a look at other companies that were bought out and how the price was calculated.
People here are wasting their time with all possible calculations about lithium future price or offtake prices when the most possible outcome is that we won't see a day of production as we will be bought out before that.
There will be no profits in 2024 because firstly production will start sometime in 2026 and secondly we will have most probably sold our 49% stake in Geomet by then. Stick to the CEZ timelines. There is no hidden agenda or mumbo jumbo stories.
@Jonesy64
The most probable outcome is that the project will go ahead. But no-one can say that with a 100% certainty. I want to believe like everyone else that it will. You have though to take in consideration the probability of EMH selling their 49% of the share in Geomet and all these numbers that some loonies are posting here become completely obsolete. And in my opinion that's the most possible outcome.
@Wiseinvestor23
Mate obviously you have absolutely no idea about mining and the processes associated with it. What facts are you talking about? Have you signed any sort of contract with anyone for 40.000 per tonne? DFS is due next year and not anytime soon. There is no offtake in the horizon until CEZ officially announces their intention to mine. The ones to decide offtakes is CEZ and not EMH. We don't have EIA approved and there is no mining permit. Do you know what to do with your calculations and calculator. You get the idea.
Another one has entered the gates of Lala land ????
Another one that has lost the plot and has entered the realm of lunacy!!!!

"At the current lithium price - EMH have a 8.3billion NPV and at 40,000 per tone will produce 1.17bn per annum 50,000 1.46billion per annum
$7000 AISC
DFS and Off take due to land any time - $644 million funding in june/july"
Ahahhahahhaahahhaaahhaha
