You’re missing the point-it’s the valuation of the assets that gets hit.EUA can’t pay windfall tax-they don’t actually produce anything!!

I have to say there are some seriously deluded individuals on here but that post about the impact of tax could have been written by a 5 year old.

The facts are very straightforward-Russia as a whole is uninvestable save for a few countries.Levying a tax on mining exports is a definite negative whichever way you want to dress it up.It hurts a valuation but just adds another layer of uncertainty
