Well I did say the convertible was a massive problem so it’s been sort of dealt with.The new equity is at a low value so I can’t see why the SP has gone up other than relief or shorts closing.

They live to fight another day which is good news for the company and employees.Next step is to redo the business plan

Well there’s a big plant in Sunderland

The company is at least 2 years from decent revenue and a manufacturing plant would be at least 3 years from securing funding.Why build in Dundee when the nearest car plant needing batteries is in the Midlands?Why not build in the midlands?

The other issue is margin-battery manufacture carries a tiny margin so difficult to fund

Ultimately the convertible makes it difficult to fund anything in a pretty difficult market

That’s my point-and Dundee isn’t anywhere near any car production.A big flaw and it’s being exposed by the market and the convertible

Yes-I looked at it when it listed and was offered stock by WHI-I turned it down because it was overvalued in my opinion and I didn’t think the BOD were up to much.It got away because of the word ‘battery’

The business has been pursuing a multi strand approach-storage, automotive and resi/light commercial.

Of the three, the storage strand has the most obvious early adoption-the other two are still a big challenge.

The big error was the Dundee factory.In my opinion a white elephant in the making and frankly unfundable without major contracts-of which there are none.

This is going down -the convertible is a disaster and the chances of raising money in this market is zero.IP is basically knowhow so not worth much.

Oh it’s in Scotland-that benevolent gravy train was ruined by the Aluminium shambles which is brewing under the SNP.

It’s a real pity for shareholders but it’s over in my opinion

It’s obvious-pretty much everything this company has done strategically is wrong-location being the obvious.OEMs want local supply

They should have licenced the IP-big error in my opinion but with the benefit of a bit of hindsight.

You can’t compare Tata with AMTE unfortunately-the latter produces very little, it has some chemistry which has yet to be commercialised, certainly in volume, and their proposed factory is 100s of miles from the U.K. car industry.

It’s grim in my opinion

As stated previously, I didn’t participate in the Placing because of the chequered history with advisors-patchy at best and Angel/Optiva are hardly Premier League

In my experience, the BOD write the RNS and it’s then approved by the Nomad and PR people before release.

I find bulletin boards quite informative but occasionally someone comes along who sounds legit, knowledgeable and informative-but clearly with a ramp agenda

The FCA should look at Bulletin Boards generally-EUA isn’t the worst by any means but on here, the ‘Sirens of the Sea’ sucked a lot of people into a shambles .That cannot be right.
