The net margin on cell manufacture is about 3pc-unfundable so they will have to licence the IP

It’s my view the balance sheet has little value to a third party-and the convertible is screwed as a result.

BOD needs to wake up, revisit their plan and bin the ludicrous gigafactory idea-it’s not going to happen

That was when the sun was shining and more fool them.May I respectfully suggest you read the terms of the convertible and you will note my point-it has to go.Why would new money save the skins of the convertible who can just sit there and take their time on conversion, diluting the new money at will.

Nobody, and I mean nobody, will put money in here without the convertible being taken out-probably at a few pence in the pound.Take it out and a conventional rights issue would do the trick

Nobody will put money up without that convertible being taken out-it’s suffocating the company

Toast in my opinion-no commercial product or customer and no manufacturing as a consequence.IP may have some value but grim for shareholders I think

As I have said many times, the uncertainty surrounding Russian assets makes this uninvestable at the moment-cash preservation should be number 1 on the BOD agenda
