Market is basically saying sell into the bid in news.

I do have some experience in batteries which is why I’m negative on their business plan which has so far failed-I’m told they could have filled their boots at IPO but decided to take less cash in to avoid heavy dilution!

Trust me-there is no business, just promises

As for going forwards, I wish you well.music streaming May work but the deal you will be offered will torch the existing equity-the RNS says so.The RTO is simply a way to get to the main market quickly and there may be some tax losses to play with in the structure.

all good-i saw this business when it floated and turned it down-brokers were crawling over themselves to invest because it’s involved in batteries.that’s about the extent of their knowledge-like lemmings

the business plan was flawed-said it all on here before.have since seen the new plan and it’s very optimistic-and flawed in respect of very challenging markets to sell product.fundamentally there is no real profit in manufacturing battery cells-but plenty in the solutions around batteries.amte is at the wrong end in my opinion.

throw in a torched balance sheet, debt and chemistries changing very rapidly and it’s a difficult ****tail to swallow

Another winner from the Finncap stable-I got cold feet after the last round and got out.

The problem is the business plan mate-it’s a car crash.The only way out of here is to licence the IP because there is very little if any money in manufacturing cells.The evidence is all over the world with multiple battery related companies either bankrupt or in trouble.

It’s a straightforward RTO with cash used to dilute current equity to next to nothing-will end up on the main market

Yes-I tend to agree.May get a bounce from the new business but long haul

Just from my own past experience-won’t be pretty but enough to encourage signing the paperwork

That may be the case long term but as things stand, it’s going to be 90pc dilution in my opinion-tokenism if you like just to get signatures

You don’t often see RTOs nowadays-quite expensive to execute.It’s ground zero for current holders in any event

RTO-didn’t see that coming to be honest but it’s wipeout for current shareholders and the end of Amigo as a lender

No-I recommended buying a few to you all to break up the monotony of waiting for the deal that won’t happen.That’s not a gloat-it’s doing you a favour!
