Utah, my question was ; is trapper correct to call two Exercises of Options and one Granting of Options as fund raisers?

Utah - I'm a little uncertain re your ( rather patronising if I may say so ), instruction to be a good boy and learn a little. The accounts merely confirm the RNS of the 27th of May '20. This was indeed a fund raise and a dilution.

If you read trapper's post of wed at 07.49 hrs. you will see he used the word "regular"' to describe fundraising and dilution by PYC. I took exception to this as it is, to my knowledge, not true.

He has failed to prove that PYC do this in a regular, usual or habitual manner. What do you think? Is he right or is he wrong?

The last thing i would want is for you to do my research as, based on your post of 10.43, I would not be able to trust it. You assert that on the 5th of August there was a fund raise. This is untrue. The 7 AM one was an announcement of the granting of options and the 1 PM one was the exercising of options. Either you are woefully ignorant of these matters or you are clutching at straws. I say again - Either prove your statement or admit your wrong.

If you are unable to answer my question then your statement is in doubt. Either prove your statement or admit you're wrong.

If, as you say, there has been regular dilution/fundraising how many times has this occurred and when? I have read the annual reports and I see no mention of this. I do not require you to justify your comments but I do require you to justify your supposed facts.

Baring in mind last years marketing efforts I'm thinking more on the lines of a series of deals of mixed size. In the past we've been good at customer retention and repeat custom so any addition to our customer base will likely be an ongoing thing and future customers will hopefully grow profits as we are about to cover our costs anyway. Either way 'm hoping my recent top-up on Tuesday will break into profit before our year end which is set to be record anyway - onwards and upwards.

I say Trapper - would you mind clarifying the regular fundraising and dilution you that you have stated that took part at hugely discounted prices. I only know of the one last May. Dates amounts and prices would be helpful.

Hi Radius, yes since 2013. TPG was then known as Corac and I bought in because of a since failed mini turbine product. When this was abandoned the reinvention was going to produce a £100 Mil company so I guess the BoD paid themselves accordingly! To be fair the revenue has grown very well but the market doesn't seem to appreciate this. Lack of profit is no doubt a feature and also acquisitions fuel revenue anyway. It may be also that we are considered disparate because of our diversity. If so then the potential sale of Marine Engineering could be a catalyst for MC growth?

It's starting to feel as if TPG could in fact be on a transition. The acquisition of Sapienza and then Osprey coupled with the disposal of heavy engineering and possibly the disposal Marine engineering could, if it goes ahead, be a real benefit.

We've been good at generating revenue and acquiring companies but can't show profits. Consequently our MC is some 25% below revenue! Sapienza is by far our most successful contract generator and It seems that Osprey is a good complimentary fit. If Marine is sold we will be a cash rich company in a largely cash generating area. It's true that we're not good a cost cutting but if the BoD focused on that they'd need to look at themselves!!

We've been approved suppliers with Airbus for 4 years now and in that time they've approved just one reactor! I think careful is a bit of an understatement! In that 4 years we don't really seemed to have done much.

I'm just hoping that this time we get the whole new site approved and at last we get volume production orders. If memory serves we starting testing with Airbus some dozen years ago - how long can this go on!

Hi dusty, think you're right re barnetpeter - he could have missed the boat already! Last year all parts were firing on all four with December the best month. The TU shows this continuing in to the 1st quarter and there's nothing to stop this strong growth. Nothing to do except hold and wait or even top-up. There is no 100% guarantee but it sure as shooting comes close!

Excellent link oldtramp, Osprey seems to have a wealth of high flying personnel! (sorry couldn't resist it). They do seem to have a wide variety of consultants judging by the website and I'm guessing there is some crossover with Sapienza who also operate in the Aerospace environment and and also continually recruit new personnel. The only downside I'm guessing is the inevitable high wage bill both companies will have. If we do divest out of Marine Engineering then the potential for a consultancy based company could be high. We might even make a profit!!

Yet another niche application. We seem pretty good at these and all is grist to the mill. It does make me wonder about the fussiness of the aero industry. It's a dozen years or so with Airbus and some 6? with Leonardo. Still when they do come it will be long term volume orders which will underpin our profitability. Just so frustrating!

Agreed revshep. I thought I'd left the school playground behind. The only recourse we have is to filter which I am reluctant to do as the various parties do in fact post some good stuff. Unfortunately it is lost in the rather unpleasant way this is going and if it continues the only recourse is to filter.

I have no formal legal training but have successfully sued solicitors on two occasions and arbitration was the way the solicitors and I achieved a result. It is encouraged sometimes by both sides and in a case going to court a Judge may well ask both sides to consider it. The result is often binding. It can be the opposite of an adversarial Court battle.

A neutral go-between is agreed and they shuttle back and forth taking the views of the two sides with them. Arbitration is quick to set up and can cut through a lot of Courtroom posturing and while neither side may actually "win"; a settlement can be reached and both sides can move on. Importantly in our case the proceedings are confidential and so no public ****ging-off is generated. After all we want the Kosovan government on our side!

Hi Col, You said on Thursday that if the management changes "I'll be back to haunt you". Unfortunately you've never actually gone away! Does that post mean your have gone - please?

There are of course 2 orders from last year to complete but I think more is needed. It's the Covid-19 situation with any associated restrictions that could be the problem. Are the Town Squares projects able to be worked on? Can block buyers visit the quarries? To many unknowns at the moment.

Not only held last weeks strong SP rise but added modestly today. All with no news. It was the middle of May last year we got the half-year results and there was no previous trading update. So was the rise in anticipation of a trading update/half year results or an Airbus approval or both or what?

Evan with the recent rise we only have an MC of £23 Mill which is some 5 times last years revenue. If Airbus give approval we have both the new build and maintenance markets to address. It's probable that the other aero space firms we are testing with will start to give orders before September. The O & G markets will recover if the oil price stays where it is and the US economy continues to improve. There is also other research opportunities that should bear fruit such as the low temperature coating that should by now be getting orders.

All in all we could have a good finish to the year and a £23 Mill Cap will look very undervalued. The last piece of the jigsaw is the real increased production capacity that we now have. One last advantage to holders is the fact that there are only 56 Mill shares issued which for a company with a Unique Selling Point that is proven is pretty damn small in my book! We do have, at long last, all our ducks in a row! Airbus - where are you!
