I see positivity in the RNS. 44K of orders is something that even a year ago may well not have happened as we probably did not have the factory capacity. Looking at the weather I'm guessing the winter break is just about over so block sales could start very soon. If the Covid situation is banning travel from block buyers then I'm pretty sure that by now there will be video alternatives. Various countries economy's are and will be improving. One unknown is how much block we actually have already quarried and ready for sale. My guess is probably not a lot.

Interesting that this is another project indirectly funded by the state we are suing. I hope this helps to shorten the dispute - anything that brings togetherness is welcome.

Thanks philisophical, yes what you say rings a bell. The States don't have much in the way of cutting facilities so we would need to supply finished slabs and tiles. I guess the investment might have been for more finishing facilities plus of course there were a lot of new potential quarries that were also involved. Sort of see the how the figure of 195 Mill could be a little more realistic. One way round this, to settle out of Court, might be for the Kosovo government to take a stake - plus of course a bit of cash anyway! Thanks again.

Hi dactions - it wasn't always like that! I sold out some 18 months ago when we lost Malesheva and I commented at the time that it was a bit too Wild West for me. My average then was 11p and I sold for 7p so took a bit of a loss! I guess I'd have to go to some 3.5p to recover the 1st loss but that is gone now. 2021 is going to b interesting here - one way or the other!

The reason I have bought back in is that the company is in a far better position today and yet the SP is a quarter of the price then! Not to mention some juicy compo! Still a gamble of course but possibly less than it was.

I did promise myself I wouldn't buy any more into developing companies IE no profit and no divi. But I've just done a little 1K top-up and scraped in under the 2P at 1.9550P. The reason for topping up is that the litigation now feels as if there's a bit of momentum behind it. Tine will of course tell but my average now is 2.1P so i really really must stop buying!

It doesn't get mentioned much, not even on the website. I know it's an American company that Fox has the lions share (60%?) and it was set up some years ago to promote the quarry industry in Kosovo but I know not a lot else - was US government help involved? I understand that it has a huge potential that rarely gets a mention. Any body any info?

Just to re-post my take on the litigation outcome. 195 Mill is a little ambitious I feel but enough cash to clear debts provide any new machinery/equipment needs plus a good few bob in the bank and some more government/local authority contracts and I'd be happy. Basically we have a working company with a skilled workforce and management in a low wage economy with a top quality product. The only real drawback is the winter quarry shut-down but hey! global warming might cure that!

Hi Dibs61, Your view that this legal 'fight' is total nonsense is obviously not shared by, Kroll associates, Simon Nesbitt QC , Dentons and, last but not least todays SP rise. If you let them know this view then they can all pull out and save Fox some money. Your so pessimistic I'm surprised you still hold.

What an excellent RNS . I particularly liked the engagement of Kroll Associates which seems an extremely positive step. Wonder what it will do to the SP? Up a bit I guess. Will somebody tell the wally-wacky idiot to send his posts to Simon Nesbitt QC who will be so frightened he'll pull out! He obviously hasn't told Dentons yet as their still on board!

Good call GliUlivi The market certainly agrees with you. My gripe is I guess the length of time Airbus take to do anything. God knows what the cost of keeping the single reactor at the old site is. We even had to certificate it last month! Still one day Rodney - as ever!

You'd have thought that by mid March that "late spring early summer" would be more definable. I guess it was put in to pre-empt any questions about it. Bit of a damp squib to my mind and may well reflect in the SP. However I am still very optimistic and I thought this year, to September, was the breakthrough year - going to be a close run thing now I think.

Thanks niki, very good to see us mentioned in both Europe and the US along with the major players. I noted that Gas Deposition isn't mentioned as separate process yet. Just shows how huge HDD's potential is.

Good point JAdam re reliability. Not trying to be a wet blanket but we also don't know costs, margins and exclusivity. Also regulatory requirements not mentioned. No info on marketing either - would YGEN market it? Bit of a damp squid RNS in a way.

Hi OT, fatoomuch made a post on Monday at 14.47 with a link to an Hydroflex article. A Canadian company Ballard was quoted as supplying the fuel Cells. But nothing about TPG! I think design/consultancy/coordination is where we might be at because TPG seems conspicuous by It's absence in a supply side. I find it a bit of a mystery actually.
