Thanks niky, yes a positive interview. Only to be expected of course but reinforces the update RNS. We have never had previous prospects in such a wide ranging field of opportunities before. Not only that we have never had such prospects with such a high level of production requirements.

we have increased the production capacity in both the UK and US sites and we have space for more reactors anyway, revenue and profits can only grow. Next step - new premises in the UK for say a dozen larger reactors plus something similar in the USA and my purchase of a Seychelles island!

Hi dactions, One of the reasons I originally bought in some 3 years ago was the environment of a low cost operation with high quality stone. I chickened out when the previous government failed to back Fox and sold out. I said at the time it was to wild west for me!

However with the governmental change I reappraised the situation. I started buying back in because I admired the way that CG just keeps on going and my original reason for buying was still the same. Now that Fox has a credible operation with a proven ability to deliver an economical production of high quality stone I'm sure he is still focused on the business.

There is now a real possibility of success anyway without the compo, but, with an MC of 7 Mill what would any compo do for the sp? This could be a biggy!

This new appointment rally raises the ante. Both Wordsworth and Nesbit are top barristers in their field. By taking on Kroll Associates we demonstrated our intentions then. This continuous build-up of expertise from Dentons to the present date shows a well planned campaign. None of the team taken on would want to be associated with failure so their very hiring sends a strong message.

The only uncertainty I have is that the RNS of the 17th of March says Fox will be taking on an Arbitration Panelist. I'm guessing Wordsworth is he. He seems pretty high-powered to me. I think this marks the end of the beginning and we now move towards the business end of the claim. Onwards and upwards!

The numbers are disappointing but the prognosis is good. There's a lot of interesting detail in the release. My take is that this year will be a year to forget as regards revenue - but this time next year Rodney!

Indeed OT. Should be some update re the performance post Dukinfield but I think to early re update on Marine. However any update could possibly include the likelihood of a 1st half profit! Probably to much to hope for - not the profit but the announcement.

I'm not to sure of the importance of our covid-19 test to our bottom line. There is obviously a monetary value plus of course the kudos of the excellence of the test itself. Can't help feeling that the margins will have been eroded as the price comes down. As for LR giving any financial numbers - I think that will be deemed commercially sensitive.

While the covid19 test is a testament to the agility of YGEN to react positively to current events I think that our larger future growth lies in the pre covid19 side of the business. Lets hope that this will now be able to progress at speed. Go on - 55p by Christmas!!

I wonder how far Airbus are along with their accreditation of the new site? Don't think we're going to get any production orders this financial year. I think we'll get to autumn before an airbus spring!!!

And hopefully a good idea of how well the 2nd half has started!

It's obvious that the next financial year will be record breaking. I can't wait for a 1st quarter trading update. Buy now folks while stocks last!

Hi Thordon - was the loss making business not the Dukinfield heavy engineering operation sold in the last financial year? Sapienza and Osprey are too recent to have any impact on previous accounts but the size of contracts signed by Sapienza since acquisition are many times the purchase price. The question is - which bit is a loss making business now?

Excellent link OT. Took the opportunity to browse around the website. Very impressed I must say and not an expensive acquisition either. The similarities with Sapienza seem to be good and perhaps with complimentary benefits for both companies.

If maritime is sold then then it may well give us the ability to focus a little bit more and actually move into profit. Now there's a thing!

Excellent posts and analysis from both Alocasia and euan06 - thanks guys. I think the drop is just market sentiment. I currently hold 8 AIM companies none of which are yet profitable but all with strong potential (I've been saying that for a few years mind!) 5 have dropped today and none risen. Even at this level the MC is over 100Mill almost 10 times last years revenue. Not a worry in my book.

I don't think this is real problem, short term disappointment yes, but that's all. Revenue similar to last year at £800k , the best part of a mill in cash, all projects still on track and a clear focus on the way forward. OK in my book.

As I've said before one of the real strengths of PYC is that once they get a customer they usually come back for more. I don't recall the company mounting this kind of sales effort before so it bodes well for the future.

3rd week last year?

Hi Utah, I was aware of that particular fund raise because of the RNS dated 27th May announcing the successful completion. What I was taking issue with was Trapper's assertion that PYC did this on a regular basis. This is not so.

You stated that I did not know what a share premium account is. You do have a point there. I view these accounts of little interest to me as I see them purely as an accountancy exercise. What the Par value of a share is in the modern world is beyond me! Any way onwards and upwards and may we both get rich!

PS This is not a badly run country, well if it is then it's going to be all right in the future as Boris has promised great things!!

I've been here since 2015 and they were the days all right - £500 bought over a million shares! One of the company strengths has been the way they retain customers and gain repeat business sometimes on multiple occasions. I was very impressed with last years marketing operation and the business already done with more, apparently, to follow. If PYC continues to retain customers then this year and next years new business will roll over for future business in the years ahead.

Sure a little counting chickens but the past business model would seem to support this idea. Our cost base is now being covered anyway and we don't need any real capital investment to cope with increased business. Once we declare a profit - possibly Yr 21/22 then I think the MC will increase quickly because of the low number of shares. It does feel as if we are approaching some sort of flex point. If I could plead with the Gods of the Stock Market I would ask not to be taken over but to see just how far PYC could run on it's own.

Nomlunga - How on earth would you know the valuable information from the dross? Neither trapper or Utah engage in any rational manner. Is that how you decide? r

There are 4 contracts for processed products. 2 from last year and 2 from this year. Covid permitting they should complete this year with a total of some 1.8 Mill EU. It is doubtful that these orders will save year 2020 but should be a start for this year.

The factory was able to run through the winter but but weather and Covid may have delayed any installation of the products. While the margin is higher on the processed products the real revenue should come from block sales. The unknown here is travelling by buyers and transportation of the blocks being compromised by Covid. Kosovo is sparsely populated and you would think that quarrying is fairly Covid safe and we have had permission to keep the factory going so it may be that we have escaped relatively lightly. The official Government Covid figures are not high but we don't know the accuracy.

It's a little dodgy at the moment I grant you but if we make it through this year with some Block sales then we should be just about OK.

I find it strange that neither Trapper or Utah seem to know the difference between share options and the exercising of them and the totally different activity of fundraising. It is also bizarre that they think the par value of shares has any major bearing on any of it. There unwillingness to engage positively means that any chance of correcting them is impossible.

It follows that because their knowledge is apparently lacking in these areas it may well be true that they have other knowledge gaps which in turn makes their opinions possibly flawed and unfortunately filtering may well be the only answer.
