In any business there is an requirement that you use the space you have to optimise profits.One way of doing this is to extend the hours that you trade , hopefully iincreasing profits per sq. ft. or letting out surplus space to francises .
I think you are spot on ,this share is undervalued but is in an unloved sector of the market the market seems to follow shares that are flavour of the week depending on which way the wind is blowing .This is probably driven by the high numbers of new people who are risking their money rather than doing their homework first.
Taylor Wimpey has been in the industry a long time and has a long history of house building .If I had to choose which house builder I would purchase from Wimpey would be at the top of the list ,I would feel safe buying from this builder.
