Is this shares potential flying under the radar or are investors afraid of the downside risk.?

It should not take 3 years as Marks sell Top uality produce,shoppers need to know this.I recently purchased some fruit from a major supermarket and some of the produce was rotten when I got home.In this case,EVERY LITTLE DID NOT HELP.

Why are house building shares so undervalued ,as the govenment seems to be under the impression that it is building enough housing?

Plenty of action from me I am on my way to return some fruit to Tesco extra at westwood Margate ,my wife purchased it in store but when we arrived home we found some of the fruit was rotten inside the net it was in .This will mean a 6 mile round trip to return the product at a cost of time and fuel .And they say Every Little Helps ,It may do on there side.

They will still expect to be first in the line to use the machines if needed.

Marks store at westwood has always had stiff competition from the 5 stores within half a mile of the site ,it now has to compete with a new Aldi store which is to open on the 14 th of November .

Best to get it right first time, this time, as we do not want problems when the product is in use.

I think house prices will freeze ,but it will become a buyers market ,if people want to sell then they have to consider downsizing to a smaller property or rent.

Taylor Wimpey has dealt with this type of market before and is one of the few housebuilders that have the experience to servive and come out of this market as a strong business.

They need to sevice any dept befor they pay out any dividends.

As british people who have served their country in the forces living in tents ,many find themselves sleeping on the streets. illegal imigrants moan that they are fed up living in the hotels provided by the government and they should be provided with houses and jobs.We should look after our own people first.Or is this the future tents befor houses.

I can remember paying 14% on a mortgage loan many years ago to build an extention to my house .4months later I found myself out of employment .It took me 5 years to sell my property, only then when the economy recovered.Liz Truss is right in what she is trying to do but it needs the will of the people and the govenment to fully back her plans otherwise we may all find ourselfs in a similar situation .

I shop at Marks ,the quality of their food is better ,and you do not get any rotten fruit or veg in your shopping which I have experienced when shopping at the other so called discount retailers ,and the prices at Marks are not always higher than other stores you just have to be tuned into what the other retailers are charging on the same day that you do your shop.

B.O.C supply gases ,but I do not know if they are into the rare gas market ,they do supply refridgeration gases . .May be worth looking into
