If we all could predict were a share price would be in 6 months time we could all be millionares .all the analysis in the world will not take into account variables outside our control, at the end of the day there is a risk factor ,we can then buy or sell depending on wether we are willing to accept that level of risk.

This share was undervalued even at its top price .They use the same materials as other builders and sometime share other services and trades .So where is the rational behind this fall ?

Yes i agree ,but you must realise that most investors looking at this share may still have their sunglasses on and cannot see the light.

With energy prices riseing there could be more demand from buyers of new houses ,as they look for better insulated properties that have eco friendly heating systems that are less costly to run.
