I think you are spot on ,this share is undervalued but is in an unloved sector of the market the market seems to follow shares that are flavour of the week depending on which way the wind is blowing .This is probably driven by the high numbers of new people who are risking their money rather than doing their homework first.

Taylor Wimpey has been in the industry a long time and has a long history of house building .If I had to choose which house builder I would purchase from Wimpey would be at the top of the list ,I would feel safe buying from this builder.

Miday news from Cornwall .An agent stated that they are running out of houses to sell as people want to relocate . limited stock is also helping people to get above the asking price for their homes as buyers up the price they would otherwise be willing to pay.

I cannot understand why the price is so low .When I was on a wall street stock screener , it said that the company had a fair value of £4.70 and was undervalued. Is there a difference in the way we value companies in ths country ?
