Harbour's has CCS projects that are in line for huge Government grants over the next decade, they have been farming those out, so it is quite reasonable that they don't want to get involved in another CCS project, especially as this one has a different route to market .

I also believe there could be other one offs that might come to fruition that will help the cash side of things. AK seems very positive that things are on track.

From Shard's latest Broker Note,

"With cash continuing to be well controlled, we don’t expect Fusion to raise any further capital and we forecast a closing net cash for FY’25 at £0.39m"

Also this upgrade to the Shard forecast, bear in mind the H1 EBITDA figure in the Interims was a loss of £734k, they seem to think this will drastically slow in H2.

"Forecast change. We have updated our FY’25 forecasts slightly, showing sales reaching the £2.0m threshold and EBITDA loss at -£0.9m"

"Synergia and Wintershall Dea were awarded the Licence after a joint application was approved by the North Sea Transition Authority ("NSTA"). Wintershall Dea was acquired by Harbour Energy on 3 September 2024 and the acquisition included Wintershall Dea's portfolio of CCS projects, including a 50% interest in the CCS project.

Synergia is committed to the CCS Project which is being progressed through the NSTA-prescribed work program and solid progress is being achieved. Harbour Energy's decision to withdraw from the CCS Project is seen as part of a rationalisation of its CCS portfolio.

Subject to NSTA approval, the Company's interest in the CCS Project will revert to 100%. The Company will seek to identify a replacement joint venture partner and will continue to progress the work program."

Just about to say the last order from that client was for 2024, so it is a renewal rolling over again for 2025 and that is very good news!

I didn't think we were taking it to Phase 2, they were looking to partner and then have royalties down the line.

I think that is an excuse, they can't get volunteers because they all want it intravenously.

So Shard are not just forecasting an end of FY25 cash figure of £390k (compared with £400k at end of H1, but we know that they had debtors monies to collect soon after period end), but also that EBITDA for the FY25 will be -£900k (compared with -£734k for H1, so forecasting -£166k for H2), that is some turnaround and shows us that their aim of getting to breakeven without another raise is achievable if they keep growing sales and margins...

I totally agree, it sets it out very concisely, shame you can't see it.

Possibly higher than it is now, it was quite clear last week with the price rising to get sellers someone was accumulating, the MMs moved it up and then dropped it back both getting more sellers out, to fill the buy order.

Just been having a drink with someone that worked for Flu Camp, Retroscreen, HVO for 12 years, leaving before the Mo days, his view is they have done very well now, he hated CF and tells some great stories about how he was, but as someone that told me to get my money out, he has respected the progress since. I cannot believe we have resorted to listening to a few BB posters telling us what to expect from next year's order book, etc.

There is always a flipside for getting more IIs onboard, that is a stagnant SP and not too much on the newsflow, until they have done their buying (they didn't get the usual AIM placing to jump on with, so it will take time for them to get the shares they want at the price they are prepared to pay).

In the meantime the SP moves between a 25p-30p range...

We've had a trading update for H1, so you need to wait a little longer as Q3 doesn't finish until end of December and also the Interims do not have to be published until the end of December (3 months after the end of H1).

Some seem to be getting impatient, let them get on with their work, they have been giving us updates as early as they can, but that now seems to mean people think they are due another one now, quarterly updates are fine, but we need to let the quarter finish before they update on it.

This is a really cracking opportunity here, with a turnaround and some potential big items that could see the SP re-rate very positively.
