As for being a holder of STAR, I think that as likely as you still being a holder of MRS, although you may have bought some in over there after selling your MRS.

How many did you top up with? I have just been doing my CGT calcs for last tax year and see my first purchase was in late February 2018,

250k at 2.085p, then 150k at 2.03p, 250k at 2.05p and 300k at 2.075p, a month later my buys were at 1.8p, the month after that 1.6p....I have been averaging in and the size of my buys have grown as the SP has dropped. So although you may feel the 40% drop is a kick in the proverbials, it has been a useful way to trickle buys in and build up a substantial holding. Now if the SP starts to move back up then that holding will equate to a larger amount being earned every rise in SP.

I believe it will rise and hence still buying at these levels......

The wording in the STAR RNS was the same set wording, yet Greenhills took that positively, indeed he even then went on to post to another a defence of the SP drop at STAR, the similarities to the situation at MRS in his comments just shows the duplicity in his postings there and here......

Speaking to Total Market Solutions, Brenton echoes this optimism. He says that the market can expect more deals and contracts on the horizon. This comes weeks after MRS announced that its services arm had secured a six-month contract to refurbish six excavators.

Sweepie, I know you are incandescent with the desire to ramp, but be very careful, there is no endorsement made by the Royal College of Surgeons in that report.

To say so would be untrue and one thing you will find is the Medical profession will not endorse anything until various reviews, studies and trials have taken place. Can you please list the relevant studies/trials/reviews for Fundamental VR please?

Medical reviews not just a copy of a press release/marketing published in a medical journal.

Here is a list I managed to get, but not sure how many still have Northland as a NOMAD or whether some still exist, but there are a few well known names in there, have a look through at their RNSs they will all show the same 'scary' wording, it's the regulations....

When a NOMAD resigns a Company has one month to find a new NOMAD or the shares get suspended for one month and after that they get delisted.
This is slightly different as the NOMAD is being taken over by another and has relinquished it's NOMAD status. There has been ample warning to get a new NOMAD in Place and I have no doubt MRS will be able to do that. However as I said earlier there are up to 48 other Companies looking for a new NOMAD at the same time (SP Angel is taking some on but they cannot guarantee the 'merger' will go through so they have had to issue the same warnings in their RNSs) , so they aren't going to get DD done in record quick time. That's why I recommend some patience!
We still have more time than a lot of companies when they find they need a new NOMAD, so I have no worries that they will have one in due course. As I said the vast majority of companies have not announced a new NOMAD yet, if they all had and MRS hadn't then you can worry a little.

" The directors of MRS are aware of the proposed merger of its current nominated adviser ("Nomad"), Northland Capital Partners Limited ("Northland") with SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP. The directors have also been informed that Northland has voluntarily agreed to relinquish its Nomad status and will be removed from the register of Nomads with effect from 7am on 1 February 2019.

In accordance with AIM Rule 1, if the Company fails to appoint a new Nomad by 1 February 2019 the Exchange will suspend trading in the Company's AIM Securities. If the Company has failed to appoint a replacement Nomad by 4 March 2019 the admission of its AIM Securities will be cancelled.

The Company's board is in advanced discussions to appoint a new Nomad and is confident that a suitable replacement will be appointed by the required date. A further announcement will be made in due course."

Northland Capital were NOMAD to 48 Companies and the vast majority of them have not announced a new NOMAD yet. If you haven't got the patience to just wait, at least get off the BBs for a while, as you are sounding a little nervous for no reason.
You seem to put this all at the door of MRS and yet haven't mentioned the crash around on AIM and wider markets which is due to the political situation around Brexit.
That is the main reason for the latest drop and lack of recovery.
The debt, the NOMAD situation and even Zorbas were all known about for a good while now, so haven't just become a 'problem'.
Did you actually receive a 'scary' letter from your broker? Or are you repeating what you heard on the BBs?
I haven't received any from the 3 stockbrokers that I hold my MRS stock with.

At 4.5p bid we sit with a PE ratio of 2.54 on last years EPS (I fully expect that to be beaten this year as the group expands and the cost cutting has continued to filter through to this financial year).
We saw net profit after tax of circa £3m in recent results to June 2018.
I can't help thinking this share price drop is a great opportunity to buy at these levels, as the political chaos at the moment will blow over and the URU holders might realise they hold 9% of MRS and it might be their only decent asset.
