Greenhills you are rushing to post, calm down.....
I first bought MRS in February this year, I have stated that previously and as for history, can you please tell me why it has taken holders so long to be worried about the history when it has been there for a long while, Zorbas and Co didn't come onboard recently, so why are you, only now, wetting yourself about it?
As for the history I followed it for a while, but not that bothered by it, the legacy sellers have given an opportunity to buy for a new dawn, that was confirmed with the announcement of profits last year and turnaround of the Company. Investors tend to look forward, as those that did their research and didn't like the history wouldn't invest in the first place
As for the SP, I am adding at regular intervals and so the averaging in of my buys means that I am getting more shares for my money now and as I feel the SP will rise back up again to above the 9.1p I first paid, then I will be onto a nice winner and the SP drop will have made that more as I hold far more shares from lower prices.
I don't think anything is wrong with the Company, there are things wrong with the share register and that is translated into the share price as the weak and legacy sellers exit. The volumes are small, the MMs drop the price but freeze out any buyers at those lows, meaning you can't buy in any size and their quoted spread is all over the place often leading to buys in the sell column (which fools people like you and they panic).
Much is said about Zorbas and Leon Hogan, but they both have large shareholdings here, Zorbas is the Non-Exec Chairman, so yes he features in the Annual Report but people bemoan he hasn't seen the Australian business. Then that surely shows the work is being done by our Executive CEO and his team of Management and not the Non-Exec Chairman. You were worried about his pay and yet that looks to be less than many are paid to Chair Companies and as I pointed out he has invested far more in buying shares this year, shares that are all underwater.
As an aside how do you see these two making money out of a failing MRS??? Only with their shareholdings I would suggest it is in their interests that MRS prosper and they find an exit/Company buyout at higher prices to profit from and therefore all shareholders will profit from it. So tell us all how these 'bogeymen' can do it differently???
