No bitterness, facts are,
- Great RNS from Redmoor
- Two private investors saw an interview with JP and as a knee jerk reaction sold a large amount of shares.
- The SP dropped sharply from it's earlier rise
- One 'long term investor' then spent the day posting telling how bad JP was and that a placing was happening, that the market all didn't like the news, how we all didn't like JP's interview.

I don't need that poster speaking for me (and getting it wrong!) I liked the RNS and the interview, I understood what JP was saying. This poster has been known to ramp and deramp when it suits his position and this was a prime example of that and so I will call that out.
You on the other hand were probably guilty of a knee jerk reaction (hence buying back that afternoon and this morning), probably made more pleasant by the fall in price.....

Especially if you and djryan look to dump 8m shares into every positive RNS.....

I felt the RNS was positive and bought more shares in SML, if 'long term holders' did the same, the price would have remained higher. In fact if they did nothing it would have remained higher with the few buying, however, to sell down such large quantities as a 'LTH' , you know you are going to collapse the price.

I also suspect djryan continued bleating on about JP to try and get the price lower still, having seen that not working and your 2 x 1m buys this morning, he had to jump back in with a few before the price rose.

Are you saying djryan is an investor?

I would suggest why he pumped so much into SML, was he was planning a pump and dump, the RNS was perfect for him and overnight he was telling everyone he was buying more and how good it was.
He saw the interview and spooked himself and sold down, been making excuses ever since.....

Yesterday morning you watched an interview, panicked and started selling down the shares, that together with another poster was 8m shares. That is what dropped the price, not what was said in the interview....

JP didn't crash the share price......

You have since tried to justify your position, but so far you seem to be struggling to.

You came on here all Billy Big B........cks saying you were buying up for the long term, it was all profit from elsewhere, going to buy another 1m in the morning and then you dropped half your holding at a loss on panic about something you freaked out about. You have since tried to make excuses.....

I would be glad to see you sell the other half, this needs real long term investors.....

Anything under 2P is cheap , but I think your right should open up strongly. Just pleased I’ve build my stake. 1.38 average. 9 million beauties as they say in Australia. Put an order in for anything under 1.40 on a limit order so will likely get rejected but I can try.

Not great trading , I hope your friend didn't follow you in selling, but then they won't be very happy with you trying to drop the market as you did this morning. Just going on your posting history, I suggest you either seek help or stay away from taxing decisions which might need a little more evaluation before taking a stance.
I am not surprised some have filtered you, quite clearly trying to cause some chaos after you have sold.
Do you not think you may have had a premature over-reaction???

Firstly I said you and other posters started the scared stampede (One of them it turns out had sold down half his 9m holding).

Second your holding is impressive but that doesn't convey any right to respect on it's own. As for the respect you mention, where was it in your post here.

Finally what would the SP going up 10% have down for you? Would you be selling? If it went up 10% today it could drop back over the next week or so, the buyers today would have taken less shares for their money and more sells wouldn't have been covered. I don't get the I am a long termer but the daily SP means so much to you. They aren't looking at funding for a long while and from a response from JP, I saw earlier, certainly not at these low prices. So why does it matter so much to you. As a holder the opportunity for others to buy in at low prices clears more shares from the free float. I saw in a later post by you why you might be annoyed, you recently bought some at 1.45p, that's just timing, we can't all get it right.

That last seller lasted an hour and 14 minutes before selling out at a loss.

Surely traders can wait longer than that?

You and a couple of others seemed to start the scared stampede this morning.

Quite a few of the others on the board actually digested what JP was saying and understood it. Lots of people picking up sub 1.3p bargains at the moment.
We all understand how skittish sheep can be, but I didn't realise that extended to Bulletin Boards.

I can see some more buying into the close, these Redmoor results are great..........

I want to see the assays from Rosmann East, if they have hit a copper sulphide deposit that could be rather major news!

I cannot agree to the positions of some on here and I question their previous thoughts.

How do you think that SML are ever going to move things into production without needed further funds??? Cobre and LC production can pay for ongoing exploration drilling and keeping the lights on at HQ. But the building of a mine/plant on some of these sites will cost over and above that.

I think the interview today was positive and candid. I don't understand why some are spooked by it, especially those that were ultra positive about it yesterday.

I don't think they have a specific fundraise planned but it has to be part of their thinking and from that interview, it seems there is something at Leigh Creek that is a little bit special.....Rosmann East.

He then goes on to say there may be a gap between the heap leach production and other things and that this would reduce the working capital needs which would in turn make it less likely to need extra funds. Of course with all of the projects going forward at once there may be a need to raise some extra funds to bring things forward, any Director should say that as that is the reality. I would rather that than the lies we have all had to put up with in other AIM companies as Directors say no need to raise followed by a raise.

I think a certain few posters are trying to spook the rest as they trade it for a few tenths of a penny.

Leigh Creek looks very positive and the more you look into Rosmann East the more interesting it gets. Roll on the assays, have they got a copper sulphide asset??? If they have then that is why they are having to rethink the forward work programme at Leigh Creek.

I have been looking into this and cannot see how this is a loan, it is a debt finance facility. In other words X company owes $500k on 30/60 days, the Hermes facility allows immediate payment for 80% of that. Companies use this for cash flow and that is why it was set up (see below). From the Interims it looks like they only took $704k out of the facility (costing $176k for Hermes). These facilities also take the risk of non payment away and that is why the high cost.
MRS don't have to use, just when it helps smooth cashflow.

Financial Position

The directors of MRS have become aware that certain of the funds raised by way of a placing of new shares in August 2016 to finance the acquisition of SubZero (now MRS Services Group) were not applied to MRS Services Group's working capital as anticipated. This combined with non-receipt of amounts due to the Company in relation to the consulting contracts means the Group will face a cash constrained period over the next two months.

To address this situation, the Company has been in discussion with its banks, who have expressed their continuing support for the remaining business, and has secured an invoice finance facility from Hermes Capital Australia Pty Ltd ("Hermes") which, combined with the annualised savings of A$2.5 million already announced and undrawn existing facilities of approximately A$700,000, provides adequate headroom for operations for the foreseeable future.

The Hermes facility is for up to A$6 million at an advance rate of 80% of applicable invoices. The facility will remain in place for a minimum term of 12 months and is secured over certain assets of the group.

Looks like some people believe you and are already selling.....LOL!

I haven't head it on any of the podcasts, although I have seen posters suggest they are, or 'why would they sell at a loss' type comments.
However they have sold the LCCM and their payment was shares, the price converted to shares was lower than most hoped so they got more shares than they would. Ultimately as someone that has sold an asset why would you sit still holding that asset and let someone else run it for you? As a holder of TERN it was explained when a previous Board member sold up all his shares after being sidelined, 'why would he have his money invested by someone else, when he could invest it himself.
Similar here why would they hold the shares and let someone else have a go at what they failed. PIs often think because we are invested everyone else will want to be invested, that is not the case and I am sure most companies that get bought out for paper, end up selling the paper and converting it into cash as soon as they can.

I know there will have been profit takers and also those selling when the price dropped to protect their capital, then there were those that have been trading this, but......
I cannot help feeling the shares used to purchase Leigh Creek have been fed back into the market and that this could have come to an end.
I always felt that the price was subdued during the VWAP period and this could easily have been done with some forward selling. There were 12.9m shares with no lock in, 12.9 locked in until 5th June and another 12.9m locked in until 5th September. I don't think it would be hard to have seen them all absorbed in the last 8 months.....

I see the twitter traders are in here for the long term....Mr 62,858 selling out at a loss.

So go onto that chart and draw a diagonal line across all the '4 spikes' then a parallel line below on the troughs and strangely that line meets 4 low points, that is what I believe Technical Analysts would call a trading range.

Together with the rise from late 2017 and these falling trend lines forming a trading range, another TA pattern can be seen......... a Flag.
