I am not debating, I was asking you to tell us how it all works, how will he benefit from selling down MRS over the past few months if this shoots back up?
I am not defending anyone, it is easy to post some unsubstantiated accusations, but try and show the reality of it actually happening?
Now if you made a mistake in another company that these two were involved in then tough luck....It happens....Try to find one where the business actually takes some revenues and makes a profit and has potential to increase both of those, unfortunately the resources sector is full of companies that bleed PIs dry as they try and find the Holy Grail. There are plenty more Hogans and Zorbas out there......But if you think it will get your money back please spend the next few years posting about it.......

The wide spread earlier let buys at 4.36, 4.37 and 4.39p go through as sells and then it seems someone had a fat finger for the 75k sell and it has gone on twice and been deleted once. It will show here, but on other BBs it will show as 3 x 75k sells......

The margin of Buys to Sells is far wider than the trades data currently shows.

Not just that if he shorted the share at 9p, why would he be selling now, surely he would be buying the shares back to close the short.
Short positions over 0.5% of a Companies share issue have to be declared, so he would be issuing more declarations, or avoiding them which would get him in trouble with the authorities.

None of this gets over the questions I put below, if he was and still is selling and the price turns up how has that benefited him?

You are all taking the word of faceless posters on social media and BBs and making that fact, try thinking about the potential results of the actions and then make a comment.

So for clarity, how exactly will Leon Hogan make money from selling down his holding here at MRS? If he has sold as you are surmising, then he may have made some profit if indeed he was selling from the 9p level, if he has only recently been selling then I am not sure how he could have made massive profits?
So if the SP of MRS now moves up on NOMAD and for me more importantly a trading update, then how is he left? He won't have the shares to profit from, or are you suggesting he will now buy them all back? Because surely that would see the SP rise before all the news and if that is the case we should all front run him now.
It may have escaped your notice but the selling has been met with lots of buying as well, those shares that have been sold have been taken up by others, now some may look to trade but others have used the opportunity to build a large long term holding, so where does he get the shares to buy back?

If he has sold and made a profit, then isn't that exactly what some said they wanted? Although I suspect most were URU and ANR holders rather than MRS holders.

I am going through all the options of Leon Hogan having been the seller and cannot see how any aren't positive.....

I suspect the reality is Leon Hogan hasn't been selling down, so you can wheel this out next time and the next....

Greenhills seems to be having a breakdown......

MRS is registered in the UK, it's 3 Directors are Canadian, Australian and English, but ultimately it is registered in this country not Australia.

I wonder if Greenhills is a little behind the curve, the previous Directors were Australian, Bachman Plant Hire was an Australian company and the shares did get suspended in the past......Things have changed from then, but seems Greenhills is stuck in the past (as well as in his hole, he has been digging ever since his comments about STAR's RNS came to light). I wonder if he is trying to get to Australia????

Not quite sure how Greenhills gets out of bed in the morning, so many things to worry about......

Might fall down the stairs, choke on his weetabix, scold himself on his coffee, etc, etc.

Have you ever read the side effects bit of a leaflet for off the shelf medicines? It quite often mentions in extreme circumstances death as a side effect, but most people still take the tablets........

There is a saying, buy when others are fearful, sell when they are greedy.

Obviously the Company itself needs to be on a good footing and I believe MRS is. The debt seems to be made a lot of, as they clearly paid down debt last year and still invested heavily in Plant and machinery. Some of the original loans have about a year left to run, so the debt will reduce dramatically over his time. I also can't honestly see any company in this line of business being able to operate without financing for new equipment, etc, especially in a boom time. But I think people also confuse the debt finance facility with loans outstanding for equipment and now the shed.

So yes I am sanguine and also been able to build a large holding, there are lots of people trading this, you see it on every spike up as the day traders jump aboard.

I want to focus on the Company and it's progress.

Not sure what you want from posting here, you believe it is all doom and gloom and I don't, I have backed my feelings here and you have sold half your holding and say you still want the SP to go up.

Time will show which person was right and which was not, I haven't hedged my bets here and am still adding to my holding, you claim to have only sold half, so claim to have hedged yours. If you were so sure you were right then why didn't you sell all of your holding? In fact the way you post about the share and 2.5p being the top of a cliff, why do you hold any, surely you sold all of them?
As you sell them, I can buy them back up and reap what you threw away....

As for dishonesty, I see greenhills is back and clearing trying to deramp it down.

Now I am sure he said he wasn't going to be regularly posting on here any more......

Hold on bit, you are taking the word of someone on twitter? If you look @smudgedann his response is quite clear, he disputes that and says he holds more now than ever before. It is plainly obvious that some want MRS to fail and the SP to fall further, that is the same with several other companies, but please think about what you are doing by giving that claim oxygen here.

First stand back and think, if they have been trading it, then to make a profit they need to buy all those shares back at a lower price. Has this happened?
If not, then they are running a huge risk if we get an RNS about refinance and the SP soars.....
Sometimes things that might seem to fit the excuse, don't fit the reality.

Absolutely but if they have an order in and are selling down then they may wait until they are done. My point was the shares have been sold and reported each day, we can see them and they are no longer in the seller's hands, the seller can only sell those shares once. If you want to wait for an RNS then you can.
But some will want to pre-empt the end and get some last chance bargains before the seller clears.
On Monday you were telling us that the SP wasn't going to move up until the NOMAD situation was cleared, now you seem to want to see holdings RNSs, all the time the market is doing it's thing......There are many sellers and at the moment many buyers, that is positive.

I agree that a lot of shares have been sold, even more so if you go back a few months. However the price dropped with the market and therefore people sold, there is likely to be one or several large holders reducing their holding, there are also a lot of traders in this share. So selling comes from several places.
However when it comes to the big holders selling down, whether they tell us or not, if they have sold down, then those shares will have been absorbed into the market. The more they sell down, the closer to them finishing....

That is the only way we are going to clear the seller, if they wait until the price rises, they will drop the SP back down with their selling, so rather they sold to us at the lower levels and when they are clear we rise....It's all about volume at the moment......

Well since those 3 x 100k sells there seems to be a little tussle going on between buyers and sellers, which in itself is quite pleasing, it got quieter as the day went on and I am all for bigger volumes here. It's the only way the bulls and bears can finally play it out. Longs are a couple of '00k behind at the moment......

I had started to guess at a few but the facts didn't fit my guesses......The word 'production' worried me a little as I have this one purely because it isn't involved with the lottery of drilling, proving and building up production.
I would rather MRS get paid by others for the services needed to do that (Picks and shovels)
