I had started to guess at a few but the facts didn't fit my guesses......The word 'production' worried me a little as I have this one purely because it isn't involved with the lottery of drilling, proving and building up production.
I would rather MRS get paid by others for the services needed to do that (Picks and shovels)

Just seen it was a SB, I had a limit order in for another 50k but they wouldn't deal it even though it was at the offer.

Intrigued by this tweet, as there is only one buy so far today and that was mine 150k (hence the comment investors moving in).

Since you sold out you seem to be more and more aggressively trying to knock the Company, I assume with the intention of trying to panic other PIs to sell up as well.

Today has been a great day for MRS and I am very happy with that. The reason, it was clear that someone was offloading and around the festive season that can often mean it is an Insti, clearing the decks for the end of the calender year. Today was the first trading day of 2019 and there wasn't any sign of the selling we had throughout and particularly late December. That in turn led to the MMs marking the price up on buying (closed on a net 400k buys).
If you want to believe that the selling in December was down to the NOMAD situation then so be it, but you will be wrong to think everyone thinks like you.

You appear to have held MRS for a long time before you sold, so Zorbas has been Chairman for a long while now, the debtor facility refinancing has been known about for a long time (and note they managed to use that facility last year and still make a profit) and the NOMAD situation was known about with the 21st November RNS.
So my question is clear, why did you only start mentioning all of these 'worries' after the results were issued?

Did they not concern you before then, you never mentioned it if they did worry you so much.......

What is more interesting is that the MMs have just taken over 365k of shares at over 5p, yet they haven't sold anywhere near that at near or over 5p. Have we a buy order in or a delayed buy to go through?

Of course he has sold and now looks a little silly, so starts to try and drudge up worries that he feels everyone should have, but they don't.....

You were more inaccurate than JP who 'hoped for' more before the end of the year, when you stated he had missed something he had 'promised'.

A little cheeky when you are obviously happy with your bit of over-exaggeration.

It may be your prerogative to whinge, but it can be that of others to pull you up on the use of the word "promised" as that was misleading.

I think my point is, there is a huge difference between mentioning it on a video and 'promising' it. I have just listened to the interview ago, he says, "moving along with discussions with them " and then later says, "watch this space for the end of the month". later in the interview, he is asked by the interviewer whether they will see him again before Christmas and JP replies "well I hope so, who knows it might be about that technology"

PIs clamour for as much information as they can get, but when a CEO mentions something and it doesn't happen then they get roasted. Having been in and still hold stocks where the CEO says almost nothing, I like JP's approach towards shareholders and am also able to understand when things don't come to fruition quite as quickly as he expected.
I can forgive him for sometimes getting ahead of things, because since I have been invested here, things that were mentioned, have come to pass. In his and AB's interviews came the first inkling about the Rossman East resource and so I don't want to see him stop the interviews or mention things that are coming up. As an investor information is key and with AIM companies you don't usually get much info at all, I have to say SML have been very good and communicating with shareholders.

Strange I don't remember him promising anything, most will realise that when dealing with another Company about a new proprietary process, that things can take longer than initially thought and can sometimes be out of everyone's control.
I believe JP was hoping for another announcement before Christmas, I was hoping to win last night's lottery.
In fact of all the possible newsflow that is due, the above is the one, least awaited. Drill results are foremost in my mind.Let's prove up the resources first then we can worry about the copper extraction process.

I don't believe that much of the SP weakness is down to the NOMAD situation although some would like to see it affect the price some more. The overall market collapsed in December and MRS followed the same path, many stocks exhibit the same drops that MRS has.
I am relaxed about the NOMAD situation and have far more reason than most here to be wary, however looking for the slightest nuances can be a worrying affair, you see you end up scared of your own shadow. It has also been capitalised on by some posters here that want to see the price collapse, either for trading reasons or spite.
We have a month and I am sure they will appoint a NOMAD, if others are worried then please sell up and move on. I will concentrate on the Company and it's trading figures, that is what gives it it's value.

Not sure I agree with you there, but while those that do agree, sell out. Others are waiting to buy back in. However they will want the best price possible and while people are selling at just above 4p, 4.45p to buy isn't the best price possible.

The NOMAD issue in my mind is a red herring, but it has shown how some of the posters and investors have reacted to it and perhaps there are still a few more weaker hands to offload, before we see a turnaround.

My money is on several things becoming much clearer by the time of the AGM. I am surprised how some treat the NOMAD thing as something that only MRS has, all of Northland's clients are going through the same thing, even the ones that are just transferring across to SP Angel.

I also think the closing spread was just because an MM in a rush to get finished for the day, pulled their quote just before 12.30, leaving the next bid as 3.8p. I don't think you need worry overly about the closing spread on New Year's Eve, much like the trading on a one off half day, with the weekend behind us and an afternoon off and Bank Holiday tomorrow.

Strangely as a large holder, I am going to be positive with the investment case here.

I really don't see a placing at the moment, how an earth would they be sorting one when the NOMAD situation is as it is and having a NOMAD would be very important for any placing to take place. They aren't going to get the old NOMAD to arrange a placing (remember lots of money for the NOMAD/Broker arranging any placing).

However why do people think there needs to be a placing? They raised £910k 5 months ago from Managers, staff and stakeholders at 6.5p. It would be really rubbing their noses in it if they then placed at much lower. Also the revenues and profits from last year allowed the Company to invest over $8m in CAPEX from free cashflow. I can't see that revenues and profits will be lower this year, so they will have even more free cashflow to invest and use.

Finally one of the biggest whinges here is about the finance facility, which gives both BPH and MRSSG plenty of room for smoothing cashflow. So with the profits as they are, I do not see any need for a placing at this time.

However and here is the caveat, you can never say they will not raise more funds (that is what makes it such a good deramping point), MRS are looking at working in different parts of Australia and have recently talked about Government contracts. Well if they need to buy extra equipment for these contracts then I take that as a positive and would support a fund raise, but I am sure they will have several different paths if this was a real situation, so it is still not necessarily going to be a placing as a way of raising any funds.

As for working capital, you did read the figures in the last results, that is covered by decent profits. This isn't a miner drilling for it's future 'gold', this is a company that offers and maintains the 'picks and shovels' of all the miners operating in it's area. That is a huge plus, especially when the Hunter Valley is ramping up due to high demand. The other side is the Bachmann business and that is operating at virtually full capacity, generating good revenues and last year, profit after tax of $4m(AUS).

Now my turn, you seem to have only started posting here in the last few days, do you hold, want to invest or just posting for the sake of it?

Mind you, need to wait for next week and probably the week after, before we get everyone back and trading and see where we really are.

Also as Greenhills keeps telling us, MRS (and only MRS) might not get a new NOMAD and without a new NOMAD they couldn't do a placing......

You seem to use this BB for attention seeking, after you sold out at a loss. As for your last sentence, the SP has dropped this year so I suppose you couldn't have shaped it more so you were right, but I like to think that is just to your timescale. They can all be right if we get a rise in 2019, just a shame you couldn't stay with it......

This time last year I was on a BB where people were saying the same thing, the SP was completely shot, horrendous refinancing ripping the SP apart, however within 6 months, it was a 26 bagger for those that held and added, for those that jumped ship it was just a nightmare......

I hope all these posts of yours on here, won't leave you having nightmares for years to come......
