All happening quietly in the background while the noisy fearmongers play on here. They all disappear as soon as positive news breaks.....they're points are either negated or they are selling on the next spike up....only to start bashing again the following day....what a life!!!!!

This first well is just the start of a much bigger picture.
We quite often see a dip before breaking news as the nervous jump ship and the money men play on their fears.
Stay strong and rely on your own good research... not fearmongering chat boards infested with Nimby's, trolls and the XR single issue ill informed brigade.

Hold ya nerve troops, expecting some nice news next week.

Good post nine, and highlights the traditional position of the majority of investors.
Which is why we would expect to see a huge increase in demand for this stock if/when UKOG/AME release positive news on the drill.
Remember we have no data on speed of the drill or target depth.
Initial news is usually spots of oil on drill bits if any, there is then a good piece of work around casing, perforations and cleaning up etc.. before any initial flow data is released.
Which is why I'm saying August for flow news... bit early yet.

I would expect to see things up and running again next week.
August should be a very good month for UKOG holders.
As expected July was always going to be the drill month and August results and SP inflection point.

Not even bothered reading the trolling comments since my last post but just wanted to mention only two days until the open offer is closed.

Since we're trading below the offer price I don't expect much take up now.
I'm still buying in the market at this level :-)

So no further dilution and the company is fully financed to deliver Turkey and £££££££'s :-)

I think the Turkish team have proved they don't hold back... they are cracking on and will report back when they have something or reached TD.
Simples and stop trolling companies you're not invested in..... go and do your XR work elsewhere!!!

The data shows there's a a good chance and Mr Sanderson with his many years and many opportunities drilling around the world picked this Turkish site out of everything he could have made a play for. He's obviously staking his reputation on this one and good luck to him..... if he's right he's going to make many of us very rich :-)

Anyone work out how long it would take them to get to target depth?

Obviously they will only report oil show first.
Will need to line and perf if not using slotted lining.

? how deep and thick is the oil layer? - they only know estimates until they hit it. Going to be very interesting. :-)

They must be close to initial oil shows.
Being market sensitive that will be report as and when.

Squeeze on oil prices => pushes prices towards $100 per barrel through this year.... just as UKOG ramp up Turkish oil production....another well online every three months ??? ..... could be with the speed they work :-)
