With the lack of interest in the open offer it would seem we've reached the limit of dilution.

Good news....means future valuation can now be calculated on the HUGE oil revenue about to be realised this summer :-)

This deal is just to give existing PI's the same opotunity.
The company do not need the extra money.
I'm buying in the market cheaper right now.
I will not be taking up the offer since that would mean I would pay more and dilute my existing holding by issuing more shares.

Let's be clear LSE have allowed this to become mostly an XR chat board rather than UKOG investors.
Plenty info out there for investors but this XR board is not one of them currently.

This will likely change later as investor sentiment returns following the offer and Turkish results start to roll in.
Could we even start to see some news next week...they've been drilling down to the oil for a good few days now :-)

Agreed, huge upswing coming here this summer. Once the shackles of the private investor offer are complete the SP will rocket to true value on Turkish operations.

Yes it should break $78 today when the US opens up.
Lots of chat recently around Opec+ and the expected increase towards $100 per barrel through the rest of the year.

Turkish oil is going to be very profitable for UKOG shareholders :-)

That's a massive show of confidence and alignment with long term investors.

Agreed, Oil price could easily go over $77 today and maybe touch $78 on it's continues expected path the £100 later this year and next.

Great for UKOG Turkey production profits which have a cost of less that $20 per barrel.
Do the math...Turkey will be hugely transformational for UKOG.... we'll be laughing at all those who thought we would go over 1p again..... we'll be sitting at 10p plus towards year end and going north through next year as the majors start paying attention to this emerging mid-cap oil and gas company.
Mid-cap is the boards target and that's a $2 - $5billion valuation.
