If as expected, in the current political Gas and Oil shortage global message background, the application is approved. We should see a good rise here since Loxley Gas is a huge asset and relatively easy to bring on stream from my understanding compared to oil.

Also looking forward to seeing Horse Hill developments.

Entirely possible and not unexpected with the track record but just posting hearing rumours is an obvious deramp without evidence?

Looks like I was wrong by my 0.16p close too but it's the long term value we need to focus on.
I guess we'll drift back to our 0.10p-0.11p holding pattern again now until the next news....hopefully tangible value news next :-)

I think it may hold 0.16p.
And then tomorrow is a different day and different traders.....who knows where it will go until we get tangible news to revalue on.....flow rates, profit per barrel after reinjection etc....

Hopefully the management will be pushing those plans to get equipment to site in the next couple of months. We could start to see results by the end of summer...fingers crossed. No overnight gains here but it's all in plan and they do know the oil is there...just got the make the holes work this time :-)

I have to admit Mr Investment might be correct with the placing prediction.
They are running a lot of assets potentially this year and will need more funds unless they can monetise one quickly.
Turkey was supposed to be the money fountain for UK operations. now it is an extra draw on funds.

I'm continuing to hold and let's see how it plays out. Lots to happen this year and exciting to see where it ends up.

So they can get on with reinjecting water, produce more oil from the Portland, reduce costs of tankering water off site and look at producing from the Kimmeridge again.

I was being very conservative with the costs since I know the troll team would jump in it here.
Don't want to be greedy and happy to wait for all this to play out in the figures.....slowly but surely!!!
It took time for the oil to cook...it'll take time to monetise it all :-)

So each tanker is currently full of about $20k of black gold.
Horse Hill cost to produce is something below $18 per barrel from memory but it was supposed to get less over time.
Should be enough to cover salaries for now :-)

UK Oil & Gas (UKOG) described its proposed well site near the village as “a significant gas resource”.

A report by the Xodus Group on the site, called Loxley, estimated the mean case gross gas initially in place at 49 bcf [billion cubic feet] and the mean gross recoverable resource at 34 bcf

Interpreting the findings, UKOG said:

“If proven by future production, the calculated gross mean recoverable resources would place Loxley second after the Saltfleetby gas field [in Lincolnshire], the UK onshore’s largest gas field to date, which produced approximately 73 bcf [billion cubic feet].”

A planning application for the Loxley site was refused on 29 June 2020 by Surrey County Council by six votes to five. This was against the recommendation of planning officers.
