Surely the media have to stop and think before they publish an article on a listed company - will that article affect the share price of that company and they therefore have to be very confident of the information disclosured as part of that case.

If it’s just that anyone can file a complaint for $400 which makes it to the national media and has market consequences at what point is it spreading false and misleading information?
