I do wonder how Facebook, Amazon or Google would have got on if they started life on the LSE. It seems like these companies are only taken seriously once they become behemoths. It will be a shame for the UK to have another good company change hands with US buyers whilst our financial media whose age 40+ journalists don’t quite understand the tech they wrote about…

We could do with another management update, the last in June said bookings had grown 35% in H1 which for most companies is very good, but I feel a further update to reassure investors would help, we’ve not heard about the US listing plan recently.

Also I don’t like all these change in holdings notifications, whether they are associated to the decline in share price is anyones guess.

Everything is pointing to a buying opportunity, just seems too obvious…
