@Keyboard. Openly being reported that the long wait for the budget caused uncertainty. All on Labour. Labour lied in order to implement their ideological wet dream. And with the budget we are going to contract. Low tax economies work. High tax economies don't.

Labour is doing an amazing job. Contraction in September. Its all going brilliantly.

keyboard you are a total **** of the highest order .

the guidance was low to mid single digit drop in revenue for the year which means revenue was due to increase in the second half of the year. there will be some further loss in revenue because of capita 1 but debt will drop . ni increases don’t come in til april 2025.

we are getting leaner and meaner to get keener.

@JG Agree JG but I dont have the funds to average down or take advantage. Yes I could have sold at 22 level and bought back in but I didnt. Not really my style

@JG they will have to cut harder to preserve margin or not replace outgoing/retiring employees. Labour is unmitigated disaster. You are going to get higher unemployment as a result of this .

@Palladium-the literature Capita has provided says it so if that is wrong, what can I say. But your first 2 posts are criticising capita and you work for a competitor, so with respect I'd rather believe what we have been told

@Seamser correct. Most commercial property is leased by Capita-they are divesting themselves of that. So write downs mean nothing to them. Apart of course, that they might get better deals for space

Keyboard , you were proved wrong yesterday over the Secretary of State notice. YI proved you wrong on what the communications said and inferred on numbers and you will be proved wrong on property too. Capita is aggressively dealing with divesting itself of commercial property. With respect to NI Im afraid this will probably mean less pay rises, more cuts to staff and less hiring
